Ronnie was very helpful in searching the best deal for my travel dates and it was very well followed by Spencer. Both the guys are really good and offer a trustworthy and reliable service, would definitely recommend it.

Ms Twinkle is best staff and them team also.

Ronnie was very helpful on getting me a good deal on flights to Accra in December which is the most expensive and busiest time to travel.

Spencer did provide a good service but he asked for more money the next day even after we agreed the price for the FinnAir flights and paid the initial deposit. We somehow agreed again to pay the additional amount as the flight timings were suitable for us and asked him to go ahead and book the flights. The next day he came back again and to our surprise offered to book the flights with Lufthansa instead as FinnAir tickets were not available. So at the end, we paid more, got a flight which was not originally agreed and with slightly inconvenient timing.

Initially i pay for Qatar Airways flight , next day i was told seats are not available after i paid for booking and end up with different airlines.

Good customer service experience. Initially I was not comfortable to book through this company. But after talking to Spencer I felt comfortable. Faced few issues at the time of booking but it was resolved quickly and amicably by Spencer. Ticket costs are reasonable. Would recommend and use your services again.

I believe World class travels , zam zam tour ltd and travelnsave working together. all 3 company registered same london address. I booked flight ticket through Travelnsave , and payment is gone through worldclasstravels. But Travelnsave agency is very fraud , scammer, cheaters. they cheated many customers . they book a flight and take money and don't issue tickets. Even after making complaint to manager Roger , no good. Roger is very worst manger ever employed by this company. I believe staff work for travelnsave and worldclasstravel are same. I spoke to Tony Fernades once when i called to Travelnsave. I think all 3 company involved . one company booking flight and money has been deducted by another company.
