Absolutely disgusting service. Close down! From manager to staff absolutely CRAP. Please do not go to them.

After Thomas Cook went bust we where left with a hotel booked directly with the hotel for Christmas and New Year and no flights to get there. All the flights we could find where expensive and had lengthy connections. When we saw a flight advertised by World Class Travels for much less than we could find we jumped at it. Skylar the consultant phoned me the next day and yes that promotional price was no longer available, but we weren't really surprised. Skylar offered us another flight, which was more expensive, but still less than anything we could find so we went ahead. The next day Skylar phoned again and unfortunately that flight had gone, but he had managed to find a cheaper flight a couple of days later, which he was holding for us. We have out Tap tickets, which I have accessed on Tap Airlines site. Thanks to Skylar's persistence we have good flight times at less than we could find. I would certainly use again.

World class travel made the process so easy, especially Skylar. Skylar dealt with any changes I had so efficiently and effectively. Always made sure he contacted me to keep me updated about my reservation. The best agent in that firm, and most importantly I got my ticket when he said I would, no delays.

I had a very horrible experience with World class travel. Vani was my agent and appeared nice but Roonie sounded rude and abnormal ticket increase after collecting card details, so greedy and the whole transaction was so shady. What a Shame.

I have had an exceptional experience in my dealings with World Class Travels. My agent Skylar, was not only trying to sale tickets, he was supportive and understanding to my needs and was able to accomodate my changing requests. At no time was l pressured or advised against my wishes. This is a company l surely will recommend and use again. World Class Travel is very good when it comes to customer service support. A staff named Skylar has a professional good customer relationships. Very polite and good to explain things to your understanding. I think World Class Travel is very reliable to deal with when it come travelling issues

cancelled my tickets but never told me till I called them 3 months after paying for my tickets .I could of turned up at the airport with the tickets they issued me

Great at finding cost effective flight options.

I was very happy with my last travel reservation with Ronnie at World Class travel. He seemed consistent and reliable, Ronnie is a top guy ....... Will always use them again ..

I spoke to Spencer at World Class Travel and he was very friendly and adept in his approach. He was patient when helping me check for a number of dates for the time period I wanted to travel. Everything was explained thoroughly and although there was a slight mishap in the issuing of the correct ticket, this was rectified and the correct ticket was issued the next day.

Great service and Spencer was a great agent.

They are scammers!
