Twinkle is the best! She managed to find my sister and I a very good deal with British Airways. So thankful! I was very hesitant and thought it was too good to be true, but she stuck to her word and made sure that was was at ease every step of the way, will be booking with her again, I recommend her. Thank you a lot Twinkle, appreciate it and I enjoyed my holiday.

They were very helpful, responsive, and managed to keep the price according to our budget.

Ronnie was especially good in keeping us informed of the progress of our e-tickets over the Christmas period. He even called us on New Years Day to check we had received our e-tickets, and that we were satisfied.

Never seen poor service like this in my life. Whatever promised just a promise to say never complete.still waiting for.my refund.

A worst experience by choosing this travel agency. Taken money to book ticket but ticket not ticket been issued for 2 weeks. Once receive the ticket, it was for wrong destination. Now they are not helping me to issue the correct ticket.

Jose provided an excellent service and was great at communicating throughout the whole process. There was a delay with the tickets however Jose returned my calls and the issue was rectified quickly. I would strongly recommend him.

Jose was very helpful with finding me a ticket. A day before my flight, he called and made sure that everything was ready, that I knew what to do beforehand and sent me the documents needed. It was a rough start at first but by the end, everything was sorted out. Thank you for accommodating me!

Spencer was very helpful and polite from the first moment. However, the time that was taking to process the booking and send the ticket was a long time because of some technical issues I believe.

I have just booked airtickets with Worldclasstravels. The name speaks for itself, it is Worldclass! The customer support is excellent.
I must say, I have never booked airtickets with an agent before, so I was apphrensive to start with. But Skylar whom I was dealing with reaasured me and he was always polite despite the many calls I made( believe me, I made so many calls even at midnight). Skylar looked for the best deal, a direct flight to my destinations and at a very good price. Even with the midnight calls, Skylar would respond so politley and answer any questions that I have.
Worldclasstravels, you have a great employee and Skylar is definitely a great asset to your company.
