I have had an outstanding experience with my booking for my wife and daughter who are traveling to Uganda 🇺🇬 aboard Qatar Airways. Jose the travel agent to me has been “one in a million “. Very professional and very assuring.

I must confess I had my doubts of the prices that seemed to be to good to be true, but they were true. Jose sorted out and got us the very best deals, (even at this very late moment) and that put a very big smile on my face.

The team that answered the calls, (and believe me I made many), were very good but above all, for this transaction, Jose was impeccable and I will certainly do business with him again and also recommend him.

I booked a Ticket to Accra paid half of it when I went to pay the rest they informed me the price has gone up
I requested for refund they have refused to refund my money
Please stay clear from them they are fraudsters.
I am currently going through the court to get my money

I booked an air ticket for my son from Heathrow to Hong Kong and return flights too. Travel agent confirmed the ticket and when sent ticket to me the return ticket changed from Hong Kong to London City airport instead of Heathrow.
Now don't want to change the ticket to Heathrow and not giving me any solution. It has been whole week i'm chasing but no results.
This is the worst service I ever experienced in my life.

I have to admit when first looking at Word Class Travels I was a little bit dubious as the prices being advertised on their website were massively lower than anything I could find on any other flight website (Skyscanner, Expedia, Google Flights, Kayak)

I gave Word Class Travels a call and in turns out the deals on offer were no longer available as they had sold out. They did however have some other good deals from an alternative airline. The price quoted was still significantly lower than anything else being advertised by around £300 (£1300 down to £1000).

As Word Class Travels work with airline partners (in this case Lufthansa) they could not actually reserve the ticket directly or confirm an actual flight as it requires them to call them first and i was attempting all this on a Saturday. The agent I was dealing with then asked me to pay a £100 deposit which is not something I have done before so I was suspicious and decided not to proceed and kept looking around.

I was hitting a brick wall finding a flight I could afford so did some more research about WCT on sites such as this one and everything looked legit so I called them back and decided to give it a whirl.

The agent I dealt with, Vani could not have been more helpful and reassuring. My concerns have since been removed, Vani took my deposit and did everything she said she was going to and I got the flight I needed (albeit returning a couple of days earlier than I would have liked but still late enough to see in the New Year.) at a knockdown price.

WCT and particularly Vani were great and I would definitely use them again. Normally when something sounds too good to be true I am wary, but sometimes things can be good and true as turned out to be the case with WCT. Cheers Vani,

Rated 4 stars only because the flight costs I was initially drawn by on the advert were no longer available and I ended up paying more. Also the flight dates I wanted were not eventually available. The service was certainly 5 stars!

During a stressful time when ticket prices were increasing every minute, it was reassuring to know we had Ronnie working on our behalf to secure the deal. A reliable professional, Ronnie constantly reassured us and kept us up to date, going as far as telephoning us to verbally confirm the progress. A credit to his job and his company. Well done!!

I was looking around for cost effective tickets to India and found out about world class travels. Twinkle was the agent I spoke with and provided me with a great smiling service. I also had offers from other travel agencies but I stuck with World class travels due to the excellent customer service provided by their agent Twinkle.
