It was timely help from world class travels. Had to book tickets to india for christmas holidays, Spencer really helped in booking the tickets.

I was highly impressed with the services received from your representative Twinckle. Even when the ticket delayed in coming out, she was able to professionally handle the situation and calmed me down. Finally I got my ticket and I remain thankful indeed. Well done Twinckle.

I was initially sceptical when World Class Travels were able to offer flight ticket to Chennai for £995 which though expensive on a normal day was few hundred pounds cheaper when compared to other travel agents and online sites during the peak season covering Christmas and New Year. It took 3 weeks for me to receive the e-ticket from my initial booking deposit for £100. However my travel agent Mr Spencer was wonderful constantly keeping me updated and reassured me about my booking. Their sister company TravelNsave offered 50 pounds cheaper for the same flight to my wife a few days later from when I booked initially with World Class Travels but she dropped her plans due to other reasons. This is the first time I have booked with World class Travels but I am confident that I can trust them for future bookings.

At such a peak time to travel, I managed to bag an amazing deal with them. My representative Vani was so lovely and had all the patience and great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

The company has a very good tickets price and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I appreciate mr Jose for his good customer care and great service, from the time I made my reservation he has been awesome and helpful.

unfortunately I can only give him 5 stars out of 5 instead of 6/5 :( The whole process **sounds like** a scam (as they ask you for deposit and your bank detail) BUT, a huge but, it works. For god know what reason JOSE****** can gives you the lowest price you can get from the internet, PLUS the best flight selection possible, PLUS World Class customer support and service. And trust me, ASK FOR JOSE! he is the best guy in the world, he is patient in all times (even, you know, when I try to proof them as a scam, although I am 100% wrong) and that's why you should, ASK FOR JOSE!!!!!!
(Sorry if my review sounds like a scam as well...... but you know... it works :)))

It was good I found this agent online when I was searching for ticket to Ghana and it cheap compare to all oder source I went to.
Most important thing was, their customers are friendly and one that helped me was in the name of TWINKLE, she was so much helpful that I can't Ever imagine. She called me time to time to check if I got everything I need to travel and I was so pleased to call her again if am traveling.
Everybody should try them for a cheap tickets and mention the name TWINKLE for a great customer service.
