Prompt communication and dispatch, product spot on

World Fitness Australia let me know immediately when a product I needed (a packet of spare parts) was back in stock, and dispatched my order very promptly, with reasonably priced shipping. I was so pleased to finally get the spare parts I needed after searching high and low all over the internet for them.

Great foam roller

Great foam roller. The trigger points along the whole roller are great at working at knots in your back. Definitely recommend this foam roller.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I got the damaged monkey bar due to poor packing. They offered to send me the paint to repair them myself. I denied and requested to send the new to exchange. After the reminder a week later, I got the connote for returning the damaged bar. They refused to send the new bar to exchange. They said the policy is not allow to send a bar until receipt of confirmation of returning order. Insane.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.
Extremely unhelpful, I was going to make a very large order, and tried to communicate for weeks. They have lost my buisness with them for good.

Shocking service I went into the shop…

Shocking service I went into the shop and purchased a spin bike for $2200 ( the price was on the bike) and a few hours later I received a phone call saying the bike was another $600. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they will not ring me as they don’t care.

There was a miscommunication between staff and you did not end up purchasing the spin bike you wanted.
We explained the difference between the two spin bikes and offered you either a refund or pay the difference for the upgrade at a discounted price.

Worst online shopping experience

Very poor customer service , no answer, no follow up, nothing. I won't buy anything from World Fitness Australia and don't recommend it.

Was really happy with the service…

Was really happy with the service provided by World Fitness Australia. Great communication from the sales team when my item was held up by the courier. Thanks especially to Mitchell who contacted me every day with updates.

Quick Arrival and Great Warranty Support.

Order a rower and it arrived within 3 days.
The rower (BodyWorx) was faulty but the process to get it serviced was quick and easy.
Contacted WorldFitness and they forwarded my warranty request (incl the video of the fault) to the manufacturer.
The repairmen ordered the parts necessary and contact me to tend to the repairs at my house when they arrived. The only reason the repair took a week was because the parts took long to arrive (Christmas season and all).
The service took about 30 mins and everything was fixed and ready to go...
There are advantages to ordering local (I am a Melbourne resident, WorldFitness is a Melbourne retailer and GPI Sports is a Melbourne service centre).

home gym.

Hi, Your home gym is perfect, the build quality is good, the only gripe that i had was the instructions, the nuts bolts and washers were numbered well but the rest of the assembly instructions left a bit to be desired. Overall your nfhg-10350 home gym i would recommend to anyone. Regards Ken Bleechmore.

Great after sales service

The golf bag I purchased arrived on time and did the job well but one zip failed. I sent a photo and explanation and a new bag was immediately dispatched to me. Thank you for the great service .
