Everything was packaged well with minimal use of plastic, it also was dispatched quick too. Everything is in perfect condition and ready to use, I only have one small complaint where my item was out of stock, I understand there may be stock discrepancies but I'd like to be informed of this issue prior to the shipment email rather than after

Easy to order no issues at all and delivery was prompt as expected which I’m grateful for, Royal Mail seems to have a fair amount of issues of late with regards to tracking but ultimately I was sent an accurate delivery timescale, all items in parcel are in good condition as is the box they came in unlike a lot of other delivery companies that don’t take care when handling peoples belongings, all in all a pleasant experience .
