I have ordered and paid for something since November They are not replying to my messages and the tracking email they sent me does not register . I was guaranteed personal service and a personal email of one of the staff - she is not responding to that either BEWARE!!!

I placed an order on 21st January and all of the 10 items I ordered and paid for were available for order. I now discover that NONE of these items is actually in stock and your website states they are 'Temporarily Out of Stock'. I have contacted you via email on 3 occasions and have not received a reply to any of these. I have tried to call your 1800 number and it is a fax machine. Your online chat is never available. I do not believe you are a bona fide company at all and want the full amount I paid via PayPal refunded immediately and my order cancelled. I am reporting this to PayPal and am providing all the emails I have sent to you as evidence. You have debited my account and you should, by law, be providing the goods I have paid for. This is a dreadful way to be running an online company. I have never experienced such appalling service from any company i have dealt with online and it appears you have way too many other dissatisfied customers! A full refund is requested for this order.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Called their support line and remained on hold for 30 minutes at a time only to be forwarded to an automated voicemail. Sent emails to their support email and have not revecicrdcs resoinse places my order in December 8 and received an email that the order has shipped. When I go to trackbthd item it shows the items are not provided to USPS. Thinking I better cancel my order and reorder from a different supplier. Very dissatisfied with customer service. UPDATED Menorah arrived broken in two pieces, still waiting for replacement, no response to emails...
I ordered a Menorah on 22/11/2017. It arrived broken in two pieces just before Chanukah. I emailed multiple times between 18/12/2017 and 20/12/2017 and only got a response after days that I would get a new Menorah shipped. Since then I heard nothing. I am extremely dissatisfied. No replies to emails, no replacement Menorah, unreliable, very frustrating.
UPDATED 02/02/2018. Today our replacement Menorah finally arrived. I am happy with receiving a new Menorah to replace the broken one, however I think this procedure has taken much too long (almost two months). To be fair, I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I recommend World of Judaica to invest in a larger and more responsive customer support team and to use expedited shipping for warranties.

Order Not Received - No Response to Follow Up
Ordered 4 dreidels on 11/9/17. They were finally shipped on 11/29/17. It is now 12/19/17 (and the last night of Hanukkah) and I have yet to receive them. I sent a follow up over the weekend to Customer Service and have yet to received a response.

Terrible Customer Service!!!
I received an email on November 28th informing me that the order has shipped. Tracking number only states that it has been sent to the US. I sent an email to Customer No-Service with no response. I called the Customer No-Service number listed on the email. After about 20 minutes of hearing "You are the next person in line" it finally said to send an email, or leave a message. Sent I had already sent an email, I left a message asking for a return phone call. Again, no response. I really need the product delivered this week, but am not hopeful it will arrive in time. It seems, from reading some of the other reviews, that this is a recurring issue with this company that they are either unwilling or unable to fix. However, just ignoring the customers attempting to contact them tells me that they don't really care. Terrible experience!

Still haven't got my gifts for …
Still haven't got my presents for Hanukkah.
I have tried several times to get in contact with you but can't get through. Very annoying.
I have ordered my items at the 22nd of November and payed three pounds for faster delivery. The items I ordered (and payed for) were gifts and since Hanukkah starts on Tuesday I am frustrated because the order status is still "in fulfillment". I understand that you will not be able to deliver before Tuesday, and the order is already delayed.
Therefore I am expecting a fast answer and hopefully compensation for both the delay and for not getting "the faster delivery" which I payed for.

I am so frustrated. I have ordered a Bas Mitzvah gift on October 4th. I hadn't heard anything so I have emailed....left voice message....and live chatted to be told that I would receive an email in regard to my shipment. ....and I have received no emails. Sadly, I will have to cancel these beautiful gifts because this company will not respond to my repeated requests as to when I.might receive.

I made my order on the 19 August and it is not here yet! I am not sure if they actually sent it or not as I found them to be liars.
This has been by far my worst online shopping experience ever!
The Shiping Policy is not something they regard as their obligation.
They don't have the items they publish on their website and think it is acceptable to let the customer wait for weeks until they organise the goods without even ask if the customer is able/willing to wait!
They rarely answer their emails. After I filed a complaint against them an Norton Shopping Guarantee, they contacted me and promised to refund the money yet, I never received the money.
When I compliant again, they promised again.. yet no money back.
I guess the next step will be with the Israeli Consumer Council.
Save yourself the hustle of dealing with crooks and order from other sites, not from professional liars and thieves!
