Absolutely fantastic Company for customer service, professionalism, design, quality of kitchens and much more. We chose WOK in Caerleon because we wanted to use a local company and all their reviews were excellent. We weren’t disappointed, from day 1 meeting Paul we knew we were in good hands. Our kitchen & utility refurb was professionally designed and project managed. We were presented with a comprehensive breakdown of what would happen on what days and who would be turning up at our home to do it. All the tradesmen turned up on time and were very respectful and worked diligently. Shout out to Darren, Martin, Ian, Tim, Emyr & Justin who were superb and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with our amazing kitchen & utility room and would highly recommend Paul and his team at WOK. Don’t use anyone else if you want a very good quality, well designed kitchen, expertly project managed with excellent tradesmen. Well done Paul and your team, we are very very pleased with our kitchen.

Paul from World of Kitchens has helped us over the past year to update our kitchen by putting in a new cooker hood, wine fridge, updating our recycling and bin area, installing a Quooker tap, replacing our old kitchen table with a beautiful granite island unit around which we can seat 10 family members and installing a console table unit to match the island unit. It has updated the look and convenience of our kitchen enormously. Everyone who worked on the kitchen was always there when they said they would be and were respectful and pleasant to have on site! We are very pleased and would recommend World of Kitchens without hesitation.

Second kitchen we have had with World of Kitchens and once again very happy with their service. Highly recommend them.

World of Kitchens completed our project for a new more modern updated kitchen. There was a lot of work involved and Paul planned everything so that workmen turned up as planned even when there was snow. All work completed to highest standard and we are very happy with the finish kitchen.

We're finally getting round to writing a review for our kitchen which was put in over 3 years ago. In a way it's a good time to write one as we still love the kitchen 3 years on. The experience with World Of Kitchens was great. They helped us design the kitchen we wanted and were very thorough throughout the process. The kitchen was installed to a high standard and when we had a couple of minor issues, the WoK team responded promptly and helped us to fix the issues. We would definitely recommend using World of Kitchens.

Would like to say a huge thank you to World of Kitchens for my beautiful kitchen. Matt was brilliant from the very beginning to the end. The tradesmen where all professional and polite. Matt gave us a timesscale of 3 weeks. They started work on the 2nd week of November and it was completed the 1st week in December, just ready for Christmas. I would highly recommend World of Kichens if you looking for a new kitchen.

Our whole experience with World of Kitchens was great. From initial consultation with Matt Peters discussing our vision for the new kitchen through his guidance about the design and our options to actual project planning and execution of the work was seamless. Matt's experience with kitchen design was very valuable in helping us to decide on several details that made our new kitchen even more special. From the first visit to the showroom to the completion of our superb new kitchen the levels of customer service from WoK was excellent.
After patiently listening to our requirements Matt designed a kitchen that exceeded our expectations and even managed to fit in a breakfast bar.

We had our kitchen diner remodelled and a new utility room created in our garage.
It was designed and project managed by Matt Peters, who was professional and helpful right through the process. The team of tradesmen who carried out the building works, installation, plastering, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing were all top notch. The job was slated for 5 weeks and it was handed over on time!
We are so pleased with the results! We would wholeheartedly recommend them!

So pleased with our Kitchen that World of Kitchens have created. Paul Was great from concept stage to completion, he took everything I asked for on board and delivered our dream kitchen. We now have a great space to cook in and it looks fantastic. It was all managed with ease from start to finish with excellent workers , across fitting electrics and Plumbing. We approached 3 independent Kitchen designers with our brief and specification - 'We have a large space, we want something transformational and that will include a quality contemporary kitchen. We want everything project management end to end'. We went on to provide a guide of 'must haves, likes ,and dislikes, to inform the provisional design.

Two independents. despite the talk, just wanted to sell us a new kitchen to fit an existing space and the building work was clearly a reluctant add on. That was reflected in their plans which were simply not ambitious enough and well off the brief.

Paul, at WoK, was the only one to nail the brief first time after spending time in our home and getting to understand what we were tying to do. The space has been opened to a large, modern open plan room, the design is first class, the kitchen quality excellent and taken together it gives us exactly what we asked for.

The project management was excellent and in our opinion a real investment. We were provided with a schedule of works from day 1 onwards and a list of approved contractors with indication prices which we firmed up through home visits ahead of the project starting.

As such we knew before we started the overall project cost and how long it would take - and they delivered. For us that was very important, so well done to Paul and the WoK team.

The contractors get mentioned by name in other reviews- they are all very good, well used to working a team and on this type of project - and working in and respecting peoples homes, they delivered as much as the WoK team.

Overall we are delighted with the overall experience and what we now have - WoK have two thankful clients and vocal advocates.

I arrived at the showroom with some ideas for both design and colour (postcard of picture I wanted to hang on wall) and Matt developed these into a coherent viable plan. The kitchen straddles three narrow spaces, no wall is straight, Aga is in fixed position and roof slopes - so this was a challenging design. Matt’s clear steer to visit granite warehouse in person paid dividends - very pleased with what we chose. I had underestimated stress of living through installation and making multiple decisions quickly (not ideal to be boxed in - but we were driving a tight deadline) but Matt managed both this and the negotiations with different tradespeople to ensure project was kept on track. Really pleased with end result - a few minor adjustments after the work had finished were dealt with promptly, efficiently and cheerfully. Good to give business to local company.

Great design for our small kitchen, everything delivered and fitted as planned. Excellent quality appliances, well project managed by Matt and the team. Highly recommended, we’re really pleased.

We have just had our kitchen replaced by World of Kitchens and it's amazing. The quality of the kitchen units and appliances are of a higher spec than what we had seen at Wickes, Wrens and a few smaller kitchen shops. Matt project managed the whole job, nothing was too much trouble he was contactable throughout, and the workmanship of Martin, Tim and Geraint was superb. The job started on the 16th March and then we had lockdown, when they announced lockdown we had no cooker, washing machine, sink but they pulled out all the stops to leave us with a working kitchen just having to come back as we starting coming out of lockdown to finish it off. I will have no hesitation recommending World of Kitchens, they are 1st class, thank you.

Having project managed a lot of renovation work on my house over the years I decided to outsource the kitchen job to WoK. Matt did a nice job of applying some design thinking to my engineering brain and coaching us towards an outcome that frankly looks amazing. He ran the project all the way through and kept us well informed as we went. He coordinated all supply and trades and save for a couple of delays with a couple of trades (aren’t there always) we finished on budget, a week or two later than planned, but to a high quality. We’re very pleased with the outcome and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our kitchen is almost two years old and working well. We are very pleased with the installation and subsequent service we have received.
