We have just had our kitchen refurbished and modified by World Of Kitchens in Caerleon. From the start when we first visited the shop to the completion of the work we have nothing but praise. The service was excellent as was the quality of the material and equipment supplied. The work was carried out on time in a very professional way by an experienced installer and team.
Our thanks to Matt, Martin and the team for for this excellent work and we would recommend World Of kitchens to any one who is looking to update or replace their kitchen.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted in the summer of 2018 and have only now got round to writing a review. We felt compelled to write a review now as we have just had a minor imperfection on our kitchen plinth repaired, which we caused accidentally, free of charge and a repair kit left for us. We dont know of any other company that would give this excellent aftercare service past it’s one year of fitting. From start to finish the kitchen project was professionally undertaken and nothing was too much trouble for them. I am meticulous for detail and although I admit I’m not the easiest of customers, they accommodated my every need. I will only give reviews where I feel they are deserved. If your looking for a bespoke kitchen or even an uplift your can’t go wrong with World of Kitchens. We can highly recommend them. Our design couldn’t be better and suits our needs perfectly. We even managed to house an American fridge freezer, which we didn’t think would be possible. Our kitchen is truly transformed! A big thank you to Matt for all your design and time you took with us and to all the team including Martin the kitchen fitter who did a lovely job of fitting the kitchen, Tim the plumber who we still use for other plumbing jobs, who we have total confidence in as we have had previous nightmares with plumbing in our home. Seriously, we are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and can only say a big thank you to all who were involved!

World of kitchens installed our NEFF oven six years ago. When the oven light failed recently Matt came out and gave us useful advice. Paul then came out from World of Kitchens and installed a new bulb -which we had purchased from NEFF. All this was done entirely without charge - NEFF would have charged a call out fee of almost £100. We consider this excellent service.

Our original kitchen area consisted of a separate dinning room, utility room and kitchen. We approached World of Kitchens with an idea that they took and created a single kitchen and dinning area. Project manager Paul, designed our new kitchen with much thought for our requirements. He provided us with a design that included images and a full cost for all the items including labour and a daily project plan for the work.
The work started on day one as planned and was handed over to us fully operational on the planned end date. All the work was fully managed and we were informed at every step.
We are very pleased with the standard of work and the quality of the finished kitchen.
We would highly recommend speaking to World of Kitchens before committing to another suppler.

The house we moved into had a very old kitchen, with separate dining room, and separate utility room. About 21 months ago, we reviewed the options to update this set up with a number of kitchen companies – both large chains and small independents.

What really set World of Kitchens apart were their design skills in planning out a combined kitchen/diner, with synchronised utility section. Unlike their completion, they listened very carefully to our requirements, and then added lots of ideas and value in order to produce a fabulous design.

Then their build/installation team turned this into a reality. All the while, World of Kitchens provided overall project management and issues resolution throughout.

The result is a fantastic, complete transformation of this part of our house. It has become a focal point in our lives, and a great place to welcome and entertain friends and family.

I recommend that you go and talk to them to make up your own mind.

From start to finish, our experience with WOK was fantastic and everything we’d wanted and hoped for from an independent local company. We purposely chose a local company as we wanted a personal service and consistency of service from the design through to installation and that’s exactly what we experienced from Paul.

We also wanted expertise, advice and honesty and again, got all of the above from Paul who expertly advised, patiently tolerated my indecision and gave me honest feedback about what wouldn’t work. He designed our dream kitchen that I had planned in my head for the last 7 years and knew how important it was to me to be exactly right. We didn’t know what we needed but Paul asked all the right questions to understand what was important to us and how to design a kitchen that would meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and options were added and reduced as we worked out what our budget was.

At no point did we feel pressured to buy, there was no hard sale, just good old fashioned honest advice and great service. Our kitchen fitter was also amazing - highly skilled, reliable, friendly and respectful of my home.

I am a customer with high expectations and standards and I’m very difficult to please but I can honestly say that our expectations were far exceeded. The after care was also great and little (expected) snags were quickly and easily sorted.

My advice to anyone would be to use WoK over a national company any day as you simply can’t beat the service. I recommend them to anyone thinking of a new kitchen and proudly show them my photos!
