The game play is being manipulated by game managers at times. If you irritate the wrong person it becomes very apparent as your ships capabilities are adjusted. In other words you go from can't miss long term to can't hit long term. Otherwise it has the potential to be a great game. Just leave the boot licking out of it.

Played 10 hours a day, was found guilty of using scripts, permanently banned

I spent $4000 playing this game and I have over 400 ships. There was a mission on Christmas Day. I played 10 hours a day. In order to get the rewards for each ship, I was judged to have used a script to hang up. But I have a 52% win rate against players, so it's impossible to use a script. As a result, I was permanently banned.

Noobs,Bots and frustrations

Just feels like every game is a "near miss" now. Frustrating game play and I hate playing random because it so full of absolute noobs who are playing an arcade game. Subs brings a new level of total frustration. Playing Brawl is a relief but defaults to random right after which is frustrating. Been playing since open beta and I just want to play the old game with friendly fire and the other things that made the game really refreshing.

Circus and you're the clown

It's a circus, extremely toxic player base. You can be harassed, report it through a ticket and all you get is an automated message promising they'll "look into it", because data privacy, what data privacy??? Either you punish or not, and let it be known. No skill matching, you're matched with whatever happens to fall in queue, many times games are uncarriable. Just watch any stream from any skilled player and see the kind of defeats they go through, while carrying their teams. You either win 10 games in a row or lose 10 games in a row, literally, because magic or BeCaUsE RnG. You may be more lucky playing in a casino (let's not even talk of loot boxes), probably it will be cheaper too, considering a high tier premium ship in this game costs more that a full fledged AAA game, these are some expensive pixels. Prepare your wallet and anus playing this game, both will be destroyed.

Be honest....well I have played this…

Be honest....well I have played this game for over 2 years now and spent quite a bit of money on it. Never missed a day playing until here lately, what's sad is no matter what you play or how you play 90% of your team will not help you. New players can move up to high tier by spending money on the game which in turn makes the game not fun at all for players who actually learn the ships and and how to play them. There is no "team" play, and the entire player base will put you down according to your win rate even if it is decent. What bothers me the most though is out of nowhere players will say things like "I F***ed your mother last night" then I will repsond with "my mothers dead" and they keep getting worse. Sad part is, it's probably some 10 year old that feels big talking big behind a computer screen, or you will have players with a 45% win rate tell you how bad you suck with a 50% which is an average players win rate, 45% is below average. The point is, this game is toxic and no fun, I will not be playing as much anymore. They need to incorporate a level system as well, stop allowing people to come into game and be where others are that takes a couple years to get to or drop your grinding requirements. This game is all screwed up. Plus, is this a chatting service or battle game? Seems it's more appropriate for players to just put everyone in game down. If you are 12 and like talking in a degrading manner, then play this game, if you are looking for relaxation and fun, do even think about downloading.

Owners have destroyed this game!

Owners have destroyed this game with each new update.
Rewards are poor now and having destroyers that can remain invisible for an entire game even when they are within a km of you is utter garbage. Coming to the end with this game now! Don't bother playing.

A very clear explanation from the steam…

A very clear explanation from the steam customer review page covering the subject what's wrong with this game.

To all the players of World of Warships,

I believe everyone has noticed the recent changes in the in-game economy, whether it's for anniversary celebration, plot battle, random battle, special modes, dockyard, battle pass, sequential bundles or armory. Wargaming is continuously pushing the boundaries and testing the limits of its players. If you are familiar with the game "War Thunder," you probably know the consequences when game developers constantly provoke their player base. As players of this game, we contribute to its activity, and in theory, Wargaming should appreciate each and every one of us who continues to support and encourage this game. However, Wargaming keeps pushing the boundaries and exploiting each and every one of us. This recent eighth anniversary is not just a simple anniversary, Wargaming is gradually making it clear that if you don't pay for this game, you don't deserve to play it.

I implore every player here to bravely stand up and resist this behavior. Wargaming has now infringed upon our rights as players, and we cannot, and should not, let Wargaming continue to exploit us in the future. It is time for us players to unite and stand together. We should be a collective, a class, opposing Wargaming's exploitation and oppression towards us. We are here to enjoy this game, to find joy in it, and we should not be working for Wargaming.

I hope that each player will save and spread this message. This post will undoubtedly be deleted, but we should copy it, share it, on any platform, anywhere that allows us to make our voices heard. Fellow warriors, let's fight for our future. Stay strong!

Stop recharging,leave your criticism!

World of censorship!

World of censorship!

Wow's is fine game, but i am sick of WG not listening to the playerbase and ripping us off! WG is so ...... delusional!

You are NOT allowed to criticize submarines, CV's or anything WG does and that is why fourm is gone and why they only use there Discord now. WG are deleting all criticism and negative things, that you say about them or about the game.

I have a graff spee and a graff spee b, bare in mind I bought the graff spee and bought a Black Friday crate where the graff b came from and I can’t get it traded or refunded and they have the absolute bs response to say it’s not a duplicate, it’s the exact same ship just a different colour, that dog just don’t hunt, don’t spend money with these jokers, I never will again

This game is owned by a Belarusian company with connections to Russia.

I mentioned this in the game (WoW) and suddenly I experienced "funny" things in the game and after some time my computer was hacked during game and my PC operating system and everything was destroyed.

I can only urge you to stay far away from the criminals who owns and operates this game as well as several others in the World of xxx series.

Dont play this

Dont play this, there is no FUN in this. Even on patch day, you still get uptiered which means this game is dying. Even charts confirm this. Wows is also very money hungry. Farming isnt the slowest but it is unenjoyable when you get uptiered and cant counter something. Also submarines are in this game, good luck having fun with that in your match.
