Good afternoon
I have generally had good experiences with Worldpay, and this was no exception. In the past, whenever I have needed to contact them, I have received very good support.
My recent experience was initially an issue regarding an early termination fee for terminals that turned out to be unsuitable for our needs. However, after explaining the situation, the team handled it professionally and escalated it internally. Communication was clear and timely, and the matter was ultimately resolved fairly with the fee waived.
Overall, a positive experience and great customer service.

Just spoke to the lovely Michelle just now he was very helpful and informative and was able to answer all of my questions without any difficulty at all.

Amongst the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call centre is in the Philippines where the language skills are poor. I had to ask Celine to repeat everything twice, she was very difficult to understand and had poor grammar. I quoted my customer number and she repeated incorrect numbers and was unable to identify me even though I had no problems AT ALL when I spoke to a chap in Newcastle.

Since working with Emma Hemp at Worldpay I have found the process of signing up new clients pretty seamless as all the groundwork and documentation is handled by them. Any issues that arise afterwards are always quickly dealt with as she acts as an account manager for the clients.

I partnered with Worldpay for my platform, zumi, on 2 May 2025, to process payments for Registered Vet Nurses (RVNs). From the start, the onboarding process was long-winded and chaotic, and I was given false information and assurances about the product we were signing up for. Persistent administrative errors meant RVNs never received the money they had earned, as it was offset by incorrect invoices and charges in their accounts.
These issues were never properly resolved, leaving me to spend hundreds of hours trying to fix problems that should never have occurred. Users left the platform, pet owners could not book services, and any turnover we initially generated stopped entirely.
This experience has been absolutely horrific, causing immense disruption, financial loss, and unimaginable stress and worry. I escalated this matter to the Financial Ombudsman and urgently hope for a resolution.
Given the impact this has had, I am looking for accountability and fair compensation for the damage Worldpay has caused to the zumi business. If this is addressed properly and a fair resolution is reached, I would be willing to update this review to reflect that outcome.
*It has now been nearly two months since these issues were formally escalated, and there is still no resolution or meaningful progress.

Thieves, cancelled and still kept on invoicing and later sold debt to debt collection. Stay away.

We have recently upgraded our payment system and Joey Pitt has made the whole process seamless, as always she was on hand to support us and remains available even when it’s non working hours. She goes above and beyond and we have the peace of mind that we are well looked after.

It was very easy to setup an account with Worldpay. Harry the account manager was great help from the word go, also having him reachable via WhatsApp when I have a issue or a question is a breath of fresh air.

I wish I didn’t sign up to these terminals. My business needs 5 of them and I did not realise until I signed up that you cannot view transactions until the next day. I was with takepayments previously and they had a tab for transactions, so you could see transactions taken that day.
How on earth can you not have that as an option, I need to know what payments are taken and also be able to check on the same day. The next day is not good enough.
