HARASSMENT

HARASSMENT

I never signed up with them not even ever talked to anyone from worldpay but they’re sending me invoices and debt collection.
I have only ever used zettle , never signed up with any other company.

I have contacted them multiple times and explained that it must be a mistake , the debt collection company acknowledged that I never signed up and dropped the case against my
Company but worldpay doesn’t stop harassing me.

Absolute fraud trying to cheat small businesses out of money by randomly sending invoices.

IF YOU DONT STOP WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless. As a suicide prevention project, we contacted this company in order to be able to take payments online etc rather than solely in cash. A guy rang-very abrupt-I explained that we were looking to expand and he simply said ' with under £5000.00 income that wont be any use as we are too expensive for such a low turnover'. W0W! He should have considered that we have only just started our valued project-we are bigger now than when the Samaritans was started by 1 guy in his front room. What an insult and how short sighted! Sack this Muppet!

Terrible company

Terrible company, fraudsters and scammers.
1The sales consultant called me and said, "We will give you a loan, you are very suitable" and they said that I had to buy 2 machines in order to get the loan. They gave me a loan, then they delayed me, then I wanted to cancel, when I wanted to cancel they took 745 pounds. Don't trust them, you will be scammed.

World Pay are extortionate

We had an account with World Pay for more than seven years and they are too expensive. More than 60% more expensive compared to other companies.

Monthly payments and transaction charges are much more expensive than the competition

Once we took money from a customer with a PDQ machine face to face an of £1250

But after three months they took the money back claiming a stolen card to which we were not insured
They told us to contact our bankers but our bankers told us it was World Pay's responsibility

In addition they added £200 commission charges as well as us absorbing the fraudulant card costs

After speaking to them on the phone they asked us to pay £1,300 no more but they not honor this agreement and are deducting £1450 from our account.

They will sdie cardholder regardless!

Customer came to shop, took our services and later contacted bank for chargeback 'service not provided'. we sent all the evidence possible i.e. service agreement contact, forms, documents, screenshots of conversation where the customer is confirmed to have received services, cctv image customer got the service... despite all these extensive evidece worldpay refunded the customer and took the money from small business.. they say 'in sympathy the customer these days have no morals and they commit fraud but we cannot stop it.... the fact that they cant stop and support, makes them the same!

Worldpay are judge, jury and executioner!! Avoid at all costs!!

Investigation launched after just our 2nd customer transaction and less then one month into providing us with their virtual terminal. After requesting a ridiculous amount of information (which was supplied) we were told our service would be terminated and customer funds held for 120 days. According to Worldpay we do not align to their ‘risk appetite’. No other explanation provided.

If you are a start up, or small business, signing up with worldpay is the quickest way to ensure your business fails! FCA complaint underway. I will post updates here.

Spammers and scammers

Spammers and scammers, requested more info via email about card machines(POS)

They've done nothing since but spam call me, tens of times a day, from various numbers.

If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that when somebody called you this many times to attempt to sell you a product, they need to sell it a lot more than you need to buy it.

Stay clear or stay cautious.

Pulling my hair out with frustration!!

Pulling my hair out with frustration!!! If I could give a minus rating, I would. After sending all the ID requirements for the verification update (been with them 7yrs) they decided to suspend our account and withhold over £6500 of our funds, hours of phone calls, told max 72 hours to resolve (advisor hung up on me because he couldn't answer simple questions), 168 hours later and I find myself calling them again only to be told they are still 'reviewing' and account remains suspended and they still have our funds, how is this even legal?? Worldpay you are a disgrace and harmful to businesses, you should not be allowed to trade in this unethical way!!! I am a patient person but having wasted my time on phone calls to people who are extremely difficult to understand and appear to be 'script reading' and juggling funds of my own to keep cashflow above the red, I am at my wits end, not to mention having to purchase a temporary Sum Up machine just so my business can continue to trade at an additional cost to us! Someone with some sense needs to read the negative reviews on here and act upon them although I have little faith that will happen!!!

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Their agent Anthony promised to get my company roughly a 30% reduction in rates, sat down with his rates and my current rates infront of him and was confident he would achieve me this reduction in rates.

Fast forward 3 months, my bills start coming in and they have more than DOUBLED! The agent now doesn't answer phone calls, or reply to whats app messages and the company World Pay apparently have me locked into a lengthy contract with high exit fee's. They also today hit me with additional charges due to none compliance with the "payment card industry security standards (PCI DSS)" and so they will be charging me even more.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY, OR DEAL WITH A LAD CALLED ANTHONY, COVERED IN TATTOO'S, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND ONCE YOU ARE SIGNED UP YOU CANT GET OUT.

Luckily enough i didn't cancel my previous card machine terminal as i smelt a rat, so i can just run my contract out and then get rid of them.
