Stay away
As I can not write a review , I will comment this on all visible posts relating to world pay.
Stay away from this company. They fraudulently took £440.40 from our business bank account, (we have not been with this company since January 2020)
After an hour waiting to speak to someone they realised this was a mistake and paid the money bank to my account , however after the refund came through , a few days later it was refunded again. Clearly a mistake, without hesitation I sent it back to them.
Now they are harassing me to pay them £440.40 AGAIN!
Even when you leave this company they will continue to plague you for any reason.
Also they are incredibly overpriced for their service (hence why we original went else where)

Terrible service that you cannot cancel, I've tried 3 times in 8 months to cancel my £30 per month subscription, customer service tells you they will cancel and backdate payments but never do. Joke of a company I hope get shut down for malpractice like this

A Convenient Service but it is Expensive
A convenient service but it is expensive.
Liberis won't tell you the equivalent interest rate but expect to pay over 20% PA. I feel they deliberately hide it to make the whole deal more attractive. This can wipe out all the profit you may make on a sale!

Extremely happy with the worldpay call centre.
Today I had to contact world pay re my terminal. Obviously due to the virus. The lad was sympathetic and polite. He explained everything to me re charges and was able to to help lower my costs . He also said to call back if we were still unable to use the terminal in three months. I’ve been with this company a long time. I have had issues but they always step up and resolve any matters.
Well done especially with all that is going on in this crazy world at the moment. Thank you from a very small family business.
