I ordered a jersey and it was too small so I returned it and bought a larger one. It’s been 2 months and I still have not received my refund for the one that was too small. I send 3 emails and nothing. Don’t buy form them.

Ordered 1 pair of boots form this site (NIKE HYPERVENOM PHANTOM III ELITE FG - WHITE/METALLIC COOL GREY/VOLT). First order wasn't processed due to them not being able to accept Visa, so after contacting I switched my card and used Mastercard at their request. No problem but it did raise alarms.

The first order had to be canceled and I then had to enter a second one, which I did, although the delivery address was wrong so had to contact them again (and by the way forget using the online/web contact - just contact directly at Skype otherwise you don't get a reply). Again I was concerned but was placated via SKype and the contact Tina at the company.

The boots arrived and although the outer box said the wrong size they were in fact the size I had ordered.

Gave these boots to my son to use for his football games that weekend and after 2 games of 7 a side the eyelets had ripped out (they aren't sewn in properly in the first place, leads me to believe these are either counterfeit or at best factory seconds). Comments for the company were "don't pull the laces too tight". Great advice! My son trains 8 times per week, I reckon he knows how to lace a pair of boots!

These are images of the boots (I ended up ordering two pairs in November 2019 ad now before the end of January 2020 both pairs have broken and are unusable due to the same reason - the eyelets not being sewn in properly). *Can't post images here sorry but try reaching out to my profile and I will happily send on to you.

I hope this helps some potential purchasers.

*If I could post images I would happily upload them so you could see the state of the boots versus the laces, anyone that plays football competitively would spot this immediately.

Seems like there has been a breakdown somewhere. Evidently few of us got our Christmas orders. When I ordered, both items showed “in stock.” Site said order by dec 18 for Christmas delivery to Maryland.
Nothing had even shipped by the 23rd. Thank God for Amazon where I found something I could use. Sent two emails with no response. Finally got a response when I canceled with no explanation. NEVER will order from here. I think they are in someone’s basement operating an outlet. Obviously no customer service and no accountability.

Apology for the previous comment - there was a site that was skimming from searches for world soccer (world soccer net) and pretending to be your company. They have been shut down thankfully...only lost $39.95 US ..best of luck

I order one expensive cleat for a Christmas gift, since Dec 1, on Dec 23 didn’t arrive ,I sent 3 emails no answers,did call but just a answer machine not from a company ,not a track number, not a word, from them. Is this site a scam?

Ordered one $20 item. Paid $9 shipping since it was the only place that had the size needed. Took twelve days to receive it. I was unaware the pony express still existed.

I ordered 2 jerseys back on the 27 November 2019 which I needed to give to my children for Christmas. My credit card has been made and paypal made a successful transaction. I have no tracking details from AUSPOST and its the 17th of December 2019 and I have no shipment details of when its going to arrive

I’ve placed an order paying the extra $30 shipping to have it expedited and 14 days later I still do not have my order and have no idea where it is. The address on the site is Oregon but this company is out of China. items are shipped from China. If I had known that I would never have ordered knowing I wouldn’t get them in time. I can probably kiss that $200 good bye. Never order from this company!!

I ordered a pair of Puma Evodisc goalkeeper gloves. I never got an order number, an email or anything. I got my credit card statement and the charge was on there. It said 2 days shipping and it’s been 14 and I still haven’t seen my gloves. I called and was told my email and phone number weren’t in their system.

A friend of mine recommended this site and I made an order for a few jerseys and small items, some of which are supposed to be Christmas gifts. I qualified for the free international shipping which I expected to take a week or two at most, but the company is now telling me my items wont arrive until well over a month after I made my order. Seriously? How are things being sent from US to Canada taking that long when Ive made other orders from further away and gotten them in a matter of days?? Thats completely inexcusable.

Their customer service has been quick to respond to my emails which is great, but they offer no help whatsoever and one rep basically said I shouldve paid for express shipping which wouldve taken days instead of over a month. How can you justify that much of a difference in shipping times?

Im sick and tired of dealing with this order and want to cancel it completely and get a refund, but WSS is saying its in transit so it cant be cancelled until it gets to me mid January, at which point the gift items are past their point of being needed.

To add further frustration, I called FedEx and they said the tracking number this company does not even exist so Im even further annoyed about where my stuff is and when its coming.

This review site has a high rating for service but if you check out others there are thousands of bad reviews that I wish I wouldve seen before I made my order. Im never buying here again and I wouldnt suggest anyone else does either.

To the company reading my review, all I want is my items delivered to me asap or you can cancel my order or I can take up the matter with my credit card company since this whole situation is getting extremely suspect with this long of a delay in delivery and the non existant tracking number.

Bought a couple of pairs of boots during the current sale and used the free global shipping code. Purchase went through without a hitch. A week later I hadn't heard anything and no movement on my order info so I e-mail them. They replied that the free global shipping can't be applied to my order (no idea why) and they will have to charge me $70 for it. Thats 50% of the order value so I cancelled and bought local. We ordered a number of jerseys.
They split my order in two and the second part of the order contains only 1 instead of 4 jerseys.
We've reached out several times and been waiting for a week for a follow-up email: no response.

David F has contacted us, replied promptly and fixed the issues as well as he could - which is good customer care. Rating changed to 4 stars.

UPDATE 10/23:
David F fixed the issue as far as possible, and on top of that made good for the frustration caused which we really appreciate. So despite the hiccups WorldSoccerShop showed their customers are important to them. Trust restored. All in all this was turned around to a 5 star experience.

The cleats I ordered we in their “back order” and were expected to ship a MONTH after I ordered them so we returned the cleats. Awful service.

Items should not take 11 days from Nc to Florida.

Stop using freepost.

If you say you are going to follow up with a customer,then follow up.
