The owner of this apartment are two really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble fir them. They had good knowledge of the local area, I would recommend this apartment and I would definitely use it again. It is stylish and, spotlessly clean.

They had the kinds of properties we were looking for and once we selected one they handled everything from booking, confirmation, greeting and followup in a courtesy, competent and highly efficient manner. Would definitely use them next time we're booking a vacation house/apartment

We enjoyed the places we stayed very much; Rome, Italy and London. The pictures that were provided we're accurate, and the website and reservation process was very easy and accessible. One has to be sure to ask about the stairs leading to some of the apartment buildings, because if you're active, you have to be ready to climb up and down stairs every time you leave or are returning. But, customer service was appropriately responsive to questions, as long as you ask the right ones. The main thing and the most important point I wanted to share is this: It could be SO much better if the owner or a representative for the apartment met the customer at the train station or airport, and provided transportation TO the apartment upon the very first day. Many of the apartments are so close to trains and even buses, but when you are coming into a new city and you've never been there before, it would be a fantastic touch if someone picked you up. It would be a fairly easy thing to do too, and make the arrival so much more relaxing and enjoyable. People are traveling for HOURS to arrive, and we were pretty exhausted. In London, for example, we had to stand on a corner, call the office when we arrived, make a plan to meet at the apartment, walk about 10 blocks, scramble with a map to try to locate the right apartment building, and then waited about 20 minutes for the person to show up. And,when you're exhausted, this was NOT fun or enjoyable. But, if the representative could pick you up, they could spend maybe 30 minutes talking about the area, restaurants, where you can get access to transportation, point to things, share opinions about what is easy or difficult, talk about the bus or taxi and more. Rome is another great example. Our apartment was SO close to the train station, (10 minutes by car) but it was so difficult finding the apartment!! Once we arrived, we realized how easy things were. But initially, it would have been nice to speak to a local. That alone would raise my score from a 4 to a 5.

We had a wonderful time, 2nd time using this apartment, just fantastic, location great, apartment so clean, a bath and really good water pressure and lots of hot water!!!.....The owner is a really lovely lady no problems, great check in and out ...what more can I say, totally recommend this apartment .......maybe 1 point of sadness ....it's so busy not available until mid December ( I believe).....just want to go back.
It really is just too ....lovely etc. etc. etc.

We stayed for three nights when we were in Rome for the Italy v England rugby international at the Stadio Olimpico. The apartment was ideally situated, with just a short stroll across the bridge to the stadium.
We also walked into Rome, via the Borghese Gardens, and visited all the main tourist sites. We could have used public transport which was convenient and frequent, but we felt that we saw more on foot.
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and there were numerous good restaurants within a 10minute walk.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Rome but preferring to stay out of the centre.

My family and I spent 4 nights in this flat last summer. The flat itself had a lot of character and was well equipped. The aircon was very welcome to cool down during the afternoon. The location is superb, not 50 yards from the Pantheon above a pedestrian street. So central that you can visit most attractions by foot. I would recommend without any problem.

We had issues with a rental in Paris that was fairly resolved very quickly. I would not hesitate to book with them again. Apartments were as described in Rome and Paris. Locations were excellent.

I have now booked with this company 3 times for stays in Italy. Service was first class and the accommodation was as described. Would definitely use again.

I used Worldwide-Accom for the first time, in booking an accommodation in Rome. The accommodation was wonderful -- spotless, clean, spacious and centrally-located, just as advertised. The interaction with Worldwide-Accom also was wonderful. We did not have any problems at all. Most questions could be answered on their FAQ's, and the ones that could not (or that required clarification) were quickly and accurately answered via emails from their site.

We have used Worldwide 2 times for our vacations in Europe. This is a simple proces and everything went as planned. Both rentals were very nice and more than what we expected. You really get so much more for your money compared to hotels.

This apartment was a perfect home base for experiencing and exploring Rome, and was exactly as pictured and described (except the cleaning fee was 45 euros instead of 25). We were thrilled with the proximity to everything we wanted (especially Campo de' Fiori -- which must be visited in the morning for the market and pizza bianca or rossa, at lunch time for the panini, and in the evening for the passegiata -- and Osteria da Fortunato at Via del Pellegrino 12, for a home cooked meal with pasta made right in front of you). The nearby bus and taxi stops at Chiesa Nuova were great for coming and going, but we walked almost everywhere. Rosie was very gracious, and provided helpful suggestions and maps. Because we stayed for ten nights we did not want to carry cash for the entire stay, so we paid by credit card in advance of our arrival. That worked well for us. The apartment had everything we needed, even a hair dryer. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a low beam over the loft, but my wife is only 5' 3", so she took the far side of the bed, and didn't have to duck at all. There is a low doorway into the kitchen, as well as a step, so if you are tall, you have to step up and duck at the same time -- but that was not much of an issue, and the old arch there adds so much character that you wouldn't want it changed. We would be very happy to stay at the Apartment Monserrato again, and recommend it highly.

Very simple booking process, immediate response and very kind and professional agents. The apartment was beautiful, spotless and if possible much better than the pictures shown on the site. Everything was easy and effortless.

We booked a place in Rome, the flat was in a great location and was exactly as the photos showed. Getting the keys was convenient, payment system was seamless, overall a great experience. We will be looking for places with Worldwide- Accom again when we travel.

The information was correct, the location and the quality of the appartments were exactly the same as advertized. Got the keys ontime. Was finally satisfied with both product and service.

Renting from Worldwide-Accom was simple and straightforward. This is no-hassle renting at its best. The apartment that we rented was exactly as in the ad. The pick-up from the airport was flawless. I'd recommend this feature to anyone travelling to a city they are not familiar with.

WE had a great apartment in Rome. The manger/owner was available to greet us, it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and it was central to where we wanted to be. It also assisted our exercise program as it was on the third floor and no lift, the only down side but we knew that when we booked it. We had a lovely balcony and had some lovely Summer meals. Highly recommended. We were very pleased with the experience and I am looking again for a trip planned in the next 6 months..

WprldAccom is a efficient, friendly and patient organization who respond when you need them to and whose services are exactly as advertized. The apartments were in quality shape and arrangements to get to them worked like a charm. We are about to embark on our second Italy journey using WorldAccom. If it as good as the first one, and we see no reason to think it will not be, we will have a carefree journey and stay.
