Order from WWC regularly and any time they have the parts I'm looking for. The team communicates well and are quick to answer emails, IG messages. Podcast is fun and informative.

I had a question about a small part and sent them an email. I was so impressed they got right back to me with the right info. Any bike item I order gets here so quickly. I also love the podcast. I have learned so much from listening to it and it's always entertaining!

Their customer service is excellent. With all of the different standards and such for bikes these days I just email them what I have and what I am looking for and they tell what it the correct part for my bike. The one time that I had something damaged the I purchased I emailed them and the next day they sent out a replacement. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great online platform, but also — consistently solid customer service. I recently decided to make a change to an outstanding order — which was admittedly an annoying request — and the staff were able to quickly resolve it. They could have easily told me to just return the item and start the process over manually, but they went out of their way to help me switch the order over. Support this company (and other independent retailers) if you want to keep the industry alive and free of Amazon's tyranny.

Ordered on 27 November a Dropper post and I'm still waiting for it to arrive (30 dec). Getting very delayed and short answers via E-Mail. Told me he get in touch (James) with me if he has an ETA he can provide. No answer over 1 week. Will for sure be the last time I ordered anything here :D

They do the usual thing of just having a good website and an easy shopping experience with fast shipping. However, they take it to the next level by having a highly responsive live chat during business hours that always has someone who is willing to answer my inane questions and provide support if I need it. Very helpful for anyone looking to purchase anything bike-adjacent.

Super fast shipping to Canada and great selection and good customer service

purchased a top end bike from them on pinkbike and was expecting it to be in excellent condition given that it is coming from a bike shop but to my surprise it was the opposite. I had to spend time and money to get it even running as the tires would not hold air and found out the use duct tape at the shop as rim strips! zero customer service and gave me a hard time denying that it was not taken care of. look elsewhere for your biking needs as this was a nightmare.

This place is my number one go to non local bike shop for parts. Always fast shipping, and coupons that you can actually use. Plus the funny emails always make me smile.

Hands down the best online source for MTB gear and advice. Customer service is outstanding. Far exceeds my expectations. Example: Recently had an issue with a Rockshox digital fork pump that I purchased over one year ago. Wrote to customer service and got a same day reply. They said they would work with Rockshox warranty dept. Next email said my replacement was in the mail and no need to return defective item. Amazing. No hassle. Just fast and great service. Thanks to David and Aidan for a great experience.

Terrible experience. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered a Fox suspension fork last week like 6/22 and it arrived on 6/26. The box looked like it had been shipped and returned several times. Was taped together like a Picasso. Opened the box and found a big cosmetic blemish on it. Not good at all.

Surprised someone didn't notice the damage before sending it out. Probably did and just wanted to make money on the last fork they had and thought they'd send it to some gullible idiot. Have been trying to get in touch with WWC ever since. They don't answer emails, FB messages, phone calls, or chat messages.

Had to file a PayPal dispute and will be filing a BBB complaint when the website is fixed. Bottom line, don't work with a company that cares more about YouTube videos than customer satisfaction.

I have been trying to find a decent budget air fork for my e-mtb for a few months. No stock in the UK/Europe.

I took a risk and bought a Manitou Markhor from worldwide cyclery and paid the shipment costs from US to UK.

Good clear email communication, the order was sent very quickly and within a week it was in my hands. Full tracking the whole way was easy to follow and as a bonus I didn't even get any tax or customs fees to pay!

I'm excited to get out and I'm sure this fork will transform my bike.
