Swift International Service
Ordered a set of Truvativ descendant cranks on the 19th, arrived this morning (26th). Even with the postage, cheaper than European prices - not that I could source them anywhere in Europe (SRAM products are such a ball ache to source in the UK)).

Mistake ordering from someone who uses usps to ship items.
Ordered a part for my bike on 12/6/2020 they had part in stock and charged my account on 12/7/2020. On 12/9 they sent me a funny email about sending my item for shipping and suggesting I should sit back and ha e a drink and be patient bc of the usps tracking system is flawed. So I still get that it will be delivered on 12/14/2020 when I check tracking it is now 12/20 and still no part. I don't understand why anyone would knowingly send parts through usps when they know they are unreliable, I guess bc they ( worldwide cyclery) has already got there money within 8 hours of my choosing item. It is only a 7 hour drive from where I live to there shop, but it has been 14 days since I paid for item and still don't have the item. Guess blame falls on me for not checking who they were shipping with. Yes ot was out of there hands in 48 hrs, but instead of making a joke about the shipping system why not use a more reliable shipping source. First and last time customer here!!

wrong Part but Right Service.
I had an issue, not worldwides fault but from a vendor who shipped me the item. With a race coming up I was in a rush and this set me back big time, as they sent the wrong item. I contacted their customer service, and man was I amazed. Not only did they take care of the issue they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed for the race and on time. After finding me the parts I needed, I got them ordered and they put a rush on them. The next day I had an email from my customer service representative reaching back out and letting me know that he verified the part was exactly what I needed and that he checked to make sure it was ready to ship and that it would be here Thursday, a day earlier then my deadline. Not only that they remembered what I needed the parts for and wished me luck on the race. That is great service and definitely showed me the people that work here truly care about their customers. Me, a stranger, was top priority amongst all the other customers whom I am confident are receiving the same support. They have the parts you are looking for with fast shipping and knowledgeable and helpful service. Highly recommend this company.

Product selection is amazing...But..
Product selection is amazing, they literally have everything the other online websites don't have, however the website is a bit clunky to navigate around. There is no product filter options like tire size, wheel size, suspension travel etc so finding the exact part you need can become cumbersome. The biggest complaint I have is how long it takes to ship internationally (Canada), on average my orders take 3-5 days to be fulfilled and the international shipping is 4x more expensive than competitors (Jenson USA $20 for 2 day air duty paid).
If they could get the shipping under control I would order from here for every order instead of just when I need service parts.

I first visited Worldwide Cyclery after watching some of their videos on YouTube. As a note, their informative videos are top notch and they even throw in some humor that makes them more enjoyable. I somewhat knew which components and I wanted for my father's bike and which tires I wanted for my mountain bike, but was unsure of the exact product numbers that I needed in order to ensure exact fit. So I called them.....
A young gentleman, I pegged him to be in his early 30s, promptly answered my call. Andrew was his name and he was very professional, polite, and most importantly helpful. He knew his stuff. When dealing with technical components of bicycles that may cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars this is important. We talked for at least a half of an hour about switching my dad's old 3x9 speed bike to one of the newer 1x12 drive systems. With a little information Andrew knew exactly which components would fit the Gary Fisher bike from the rear cassette all the way to the shifter. He was able to tell me the differences between the different level of components and recommend the best quality parts for the budget level I was at. He even looked up our particular bikes to check compatibility of the new parts and at one point he even had me go look at the bike to confirm which crank it had. He caught the details that I missed in the build and gave me every part number that I needed as I added them to my online cart. Man he was great to work with.
Fast forward a few more hours and I had further questions with tubless Maxxis tires for my 26" rim size. I called back in and my call was fielded by Jeremy. I was nearly in disbelief when he sounded just as knowledgeable and polite as Andrew.... "How much can they be paying these people," I thought. Based in California where labor costs are already high, finding people of this caliber must be expensive! Jeremy helped me for another 34 minutes and 28 seconds to find the best tires to suit my needs and also talked me through the installation and helped me add tubeless tire tape, tire sealer, and valve stems to my order.
This was top notch customer service and why I will be visiting Worldwide Cyclery for all of my biking needs. As a side note, their prices seemed to be very competitive and the one item that I found cheaper on a different site was price matched just at the mention of it. Even though I saved money by going through them I would have chosen to purchase through them anyways just based on the priceless knowledge and customer service that they provided.

By far the best shopping experience yet!!!! Very quick customer service, and the best part is....... When you call you get a live person VERY fast...... No long wait times and better yet they treat you GREAT and make sure that you’re satisfied with your order!!!!! I’ll definitely be referring them and using them again! Side note..... Jeff’s YouTube videos are great and full of information!
