We had a fabulous trip to Peru last October, planned and organised by Fiona of Worldwide Holidays.
The highlight was Machu Picchu, and the trip included everything we wanted and organised so we did not have altitude sickness.
All the transfers and tours were on time and the guides were real professionals, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and good fun.
We did the jungle at the end, which we are so glad we did not miss.
Summary a brilliant trip, and have and will recommend Worldwide Holidays.

I have used Worldwide Holidays for over 12 years now, for both group and individual holidays to Cuba. I have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, but also very good at arranging specific needs. Tickets have always been sent out in good time, and the arrangements made with their contacts in Cuba have been faultless. I would recommend Worldwide Holidays for anyone who wants an individually planned holiday away from the packages.

This company was recommended by a friend who had used this company for a holiday in Sri Lanka. I would use them again/recommend to others.
The only disappointment was the guide/drivers accommodation was not always provided by the hotels. Also sometimes when it was provided it was poor, full of mosquitos and the occasional snake, not allowing the drivers to sleep comfortably .Despite his extreme professionalism it could have put our safety and his at risk.

Highly personalised itinerary put together quickly and efficiently by Fiona and her team. Service in UK and in Costa Rica was 'top-drawer'. No delays, no hassles. Ground transfers were perfect with very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended hotels were ideal for us and just wonderful experiences. We were in safe-hands from start to finish.

Fantastic holiday in Costa Rica earlier this year - Xandari Hotel was nice and close to the airport after a long flight and excellent, large room with great views. We were really lucky with clear views at Poas volcano the next day. Then to Maquenque eco lodge, Boca Tapada where we stayed on a tree house - quite an experience! The bird watching from the restaurant was very entertaining. Then luxury stay at Nayara, Arenal with tours of the hanging bridges and night frog tour. Quetzals spotted at Savegre lodge, San Gerado de Dota, before finishing in luxury at the ocean at Arenas Del Mar. Everything went smoothly - thanks Fiona.

Fiona organised a complex itinerary for us (two couples) over 3.5 weeks in South America. The hotel choices were good, the connections worked well and we had the holiday of a lifetime. Old fashioned in the sense of knowing the terrain and the practicalities. Very highly recommended.

Great company, do everything to help plan a great holiday for you, suggestions galore and no pressure to book

Late November 2016 we asked 3 companies to quote for a Brazil Holiday, to build around a 16 day Amazon Cruise from Iquitos to Belem we had booked independently with Hapag Lloyd. We wanted flights to Lima (Peru) and accommodation, then 16 days later to be picked up at Belem and transported around Brazil on a 10 day holiday visiting Salvador, Rio de Janerio and Iguazu falls, and fly us back. We selected 3 travel agencies: Rainbow Tours, Journey Latin America and Worldwide Holidays (via Steamond Travel at 23 Eccleston Street, who "own" them).
Rainbow Tours seemed vague, lacking detail. However both Journey Latin America and Worldwide Holidays produced detailed itineraries both of which were extremely good. However the Worldwide Travel was significantly cheaper and we chose that one. We were dealt with by Fiona Urquhart. She did an absolutely faultless, brilliant job.
The accommodation was top notch, and everything was dealt with (All flights, accommodation, transfers, guides). When airlines changed their schedules she let us know and offered suitable alternatives. She informed us of changes (e.g. Sugar Loaf, in Rio, closed for 3 days maintenance) so we could work round them.
Everything went to schedule and this was a wonderful, flawless, holiday, arranged, we believe, at the best price possible. I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending Worldwide Holidays.
