I have been using this insurance for many years, so the renewal process was straightforward and easy.
To make an annual payment for their insurance is the same cost as a couple of weeks cover from a car hire company, so it makes very good financial sense if you hire a car for more than once a year.

I had a claim for a bumper scratch on my rental car in Spain, and the process with Worldwide Insure was incredibly smooth. I submitted my rental agreement, the damage report, and a bank screenshot, and the reimbursement was processed much faster than I expected! Their digital claim system is very intuitive, and I received the full amount directly into my Wise account with zero fees. Highly recommend for any international traveler or expat.

Do not trust this insurer – misleading information and unjustified claim denial
I purchased this insurance policy in good faith, after taking all reasonable steps to ensure that my type of rental would be covered. Before purchasing the policy, I carefully reviewed the terms and conditions, contacted customer service directly, and even provided my previous rental agreement for review. I received clear confirmation that this type of rental would be covered under the policy.
Relying on this information, I decided to purchase the insurance.
When I later submitted a claim, I provided all documents required under the policy terms. Despite this, my claim was rejected with only a vague statement that there were “no sufficient grounds” to proceed, without any clear explanation, detailed justification, or reference to the relevant policy provisions. Such a lack of transparency is unacceptable.
What is particularly concerning is that the company provided information prior to purchase that may have been misleading and that led me to take out the policy, only to later refuse the claim without proper justification. In my case, the rental conditions had not changed from those previously reviewed and approved by their customer service team.
Additionally, the company provides outdated or incorrect information regarding the possibility of submitting complaints to EU institutions. The correspondence I received included a link to a complaints platform that does not work, which makes it more difficult for customers to effectively pursue their rights and raises further concerns about the reliability of their service.
I strongly reject this company’s insurance policy and I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. I hope that the formal proceedings will result in me receiving the compensation I am entitled to. However, this unnecessarily forces me to waste time and engage in procedures that would not be needed if the company properly fulfilled its obligations.
Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from using this insurer and I do not recommend purchasing any policies offered by this company.

My communication with ClaimEz has been identical to my communication with you – I continue to receive vague and repetitive replies that do not provide any concrete explanation or legal basis for the rejection of my claim.
As the insurer, you are obliged to provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding the proper procedures for submitting complaints to the relevant authorities. However, your complaint instructions contain a link to an EU complaint platform that does not work. Despite this having already been reported to you, you continue to send the same incorrect information without correction.
This means that not only have my consumer rights been affected by the unjustified refusal to pay compensation, but you are also providing inaccurate complaint guidance in a way that prevents me from properly escalating the matter to the appropriate authorities. Such conduct raises serious concerns regarding compliance with consumer protection obligations.
