Have used this company for many years for covering hire car insurance and the ease for renewal and any query’s is excellent. I’ve only ever had to use them once for a claim and it was very easy and straightforward. A1 experience.

They say you never know how good your insurance cover is until you need it. Unfortunately, I had to claim on this policy. I had the cash in my account within 2 weeks with no hassles - really an easy online process. The customer service is top notch as well, for both the little things and the big ones. I would recommend (and have already to my friends).

Purchased policy online smoothly. Sadly had to make a claim shortly after. The proces was straightforward. The company needed some evidence which is understandable , all done online. My claim handler Syazwan was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend buying this insurance rather than car hire companies which are way more expensive. The only difference is you will have to pay excess with your own money and then claim it back but still worth it and paid back in full. Thanks

I have a great experience with WTI, where I am a client over last 4 years. Their customer service and their responsiveness is excellent. I also had a claim already, which was handled to my highest satisfaction.

Easy to arrange.

Using their website to apply for an extended car-hire insurance. After leaving all the person details including the creditcard information, the system can not access the secure payment system and refuse the process. So tried twice with the same result. And where are now all my person data being stored??!! Really bad experience, the way of getting hacked and robbed via a creditcard!!
Why does websites like this not work just correct!!! Or, at least give the user a clear description of the error.
