I found everything I needed and wanted fast and easy

I like that they quick with taken orders but when it comes to shipping good luck with that part

The only thing that bothered me was how long ago I ordered it, and it didn’t bothered to ship until I contacted y’all. So nearly a month of waiting for the package to arrive. It could improve on contacting The customer on the delay next time, instead of ghosting them.

Ordered the cordless black tattoo pen for my boyfriend and he loves it! He is a beginner tattoo artist and wormhole was an excellent choice for him. The kit arrived insanely fast (3 days) and had everything it was advertised for. My only suggestion to the company would be having maybe a QR code that leads to a tutorial video or something about setup. Other than that, so so awesome. Love wormhole! Will be recommending to others and ordering more in the future. Thank you!!

I'm dissatisfied with my experience with this company because there was an issue with my purchase getting sent to the wrong address and my number that I had put down in my info was somehow changed and every time that I try to resolve the matter I feel like I'm getting the run around.

I’m not a tattoo artist, I just bought 2 of the products as a gift. My review I’ll be only on my ordering experience, and not the product itself. Had a good/bad experience.The great experience was that I had order 2 if the same items, and the company email me asking, if I had order 2 of the same product by mistake. Which It was not a mistake, but good for them on making sure there was no error on my part. The bad experience was that they only shipped me only one of the products and not two. So I had to email them back and told them about the problem of the missing item. They reply and told me that they were going to do an investigation and ask me to send them pictures of what a have received.
They did send me my missing product which it didn’t take long, and it was great. The reason I didn’t give them a 4-5 stars and only 3 was. That they don’t have a number, everything it’s by email or messenger. I don’t have messenger because I don’t have Facebook. So getting in touch with them was a hassle. They made it right but I wish they have a better way to contact customer service.

A recently purchased a starter kit it went through Amazon I've tried to get a hold of Amazon to get this situation rectified that I've not no success yet I'm now going through trying to find a way to just talk to somebody yet wormhole and that has had no positive outcome either I'm just trying to find out which delivery service and who's using the delivery service so that I can get my product replaced or get my money returned because they delivered the product to the wrong address it was the right complex but it was the wrong address but them delivering it on Halloween night and not ringing a doorbell like they should or knocking on the door saying hey your stuff's here...
