I’ve had the pleasure of working with Worthington Finance Ltd, led by Managing Director Simon Worthington and Donna Crick, the Mortgage Administrator & Protection Adviser. I must say, they are incredibly switched on when it comes to understanding the current market and interest rates available. Their knowledge of the open market is truly impressive.

What really stands out is their openness to communication. They keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring you’re always up to date with the latest developments. Their approach is fast, efficient, and, above all, honest—qualities you want when making important financial decisions.

I appreciate their straight-talking style, which cuts through any unnecessary jargon, making the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Professionalism is evident in every interaction, but what sets them apart is how friendly and personable they are. Simon and Donna are fabulous people to deal with, making what can be a stressful experience feel seamless.

Simon Worthington and his support team have helped me with financial decisions for the past 10 years. Usually it is a relatively quick process- Simon is quick and efficient, very approachable and he has a real knowledge and understanding not only if the current market in finances but how to meet customer needs. This time, there have been complications (not at the fault of Worthington Finance) and Simon has walked me through my options again and again, he has been patient and we are now a few steps away from our purchase. Tammy & Simon have been great support throughout the entire process of porting our mortgage to a new property and have been great at communicating with us at every stage. Tammy has also helped organise our life insurance which has been great as quite confusing with so many options. I would totally recommend and we will use them again in the future.
