Hi, I received my order but instead of it being the unicorn wosh & elf wosh, it contained unicorn and halloween wosh.
I did email and leave a message but no one has got back to me about it.

When I saw these little guys show up on my FB feed, I fell instantly in love. I admit I made the purchase on a whim, and when I saw how long they were taking to ship, I was more than a little skeptical that they'd ever get to me, but get to me, they did, and I don't regret my purchase one bit.

Only part if my item was delivered this was ordered on 10/01 as was ordered as a love bundle .... hoping to give as part of my valentines gift. I had to email them regarding delivery as I never heard anymore. I then got told that it was coming from overseas so there's no way it would take the delivery time stated on the Web site. I finally got a tracking number on the 15/01, the parcel arrived on 17/01 which is fab. When I opened it there was only 1 Wosh (pink) in there so I emailed the company and Olivia emailed me back .... emails where sent back and forth and I was made to feel like I was lieing regarding the missing Wosh I sent photos of both the item I received and the package it came in. My emails then started to get ignored and I had to mention multiple to get any sort of reply from them. When I did finally get any reply abbreviations such as ff and cny where used. I have no idea what they was referring to and when asked just got ignored once again. I have been told for weeks now that the missing Wosh would be sent but still it hasn't arrived. I have asked 3 times now for a manager to contact me but been spoken to very abrupt by Olivia and all my requests for a manager to get intouch ignored I have also asked for a refund to which that has been ignored also. Safe to say I am looking to take this further. I accept I have been basically robbed and wount get the item or refund from them. But I think people need to be aware of this company ie delivery times are not as stated and that the customer service are terrible and speak to customers in a awful manner. I have kept all email communication and correspondence relating to this as proof of the amount of times I have tried to get this resolved and the way I have been spoken about. Please be very aware if your thinking of ordering from this company as all is not as it seems.

Delivery earlier than expected and in time for Christmas, which meant this Wosh could be given as a present as planned. Thank you.

I love these adorable things. I have bought as many as I can so far and shared the love with others but it gets costly. Also a flatter bottom or a bit more weigh as they can be cheeky and fall over a lot.

Company is doing well. Just takes a little while in the post to deliver Woshi!. But it's worth the wait,we love the products ❤️.👍😎

After ordering. But love the little Elf guy

My Elf is perfect and gorgeous the postage however.... the website says 4-7 days delivery from an England based company so you would expect delivery within a week BUT they fail to tell you that there's a 3-5 week delivery from China first!!! This was my 2nd order, thinking the wait on the 1st was a one off, but it is the normal.

Price, availability, and speed of shipping were all fabulous.

The shipping takes way longer than advertised and I feel like that should be made known to the customers in case you need it by a certain day. I would honestly order a month or two in advance to be safe. The wosh plushies themselves are amazing an everything you could ever ask from them. They super soft and lovable. I love wosh, but shipping sucks.

I received my item. It would have got a higher score if it didn’t take so long to send without updates and also wasn’t so small

I have never gotten my package. And when i emailed customer service they did not help me at all. Now i have paid and not recieved anything. Very dissapointed

Really cute wosh and woshette!They are for Christmas Gifts and I'm sure they will be loved! They arrived quickly too

Terrible!!! Won't cancel my order to refund me. Items still not dispatched and been ages so they could cancel but won't acknowledge my request when I email. Not going to arrive in time now for gifts they were bought for if they ever even dispatch/arrive. My moneys stolen it looks like cause I would just like it cancelled and refunded and ironically it says '48hr Uk delivery' on the site. Total rubbish. AVOID.

It cheers me up when I’m depressed and helps my anxiety. Love her Woshi

Lovely gift for my daughter's birthday, which she loved. I was aware that the lead time for delivery was quite long and so ordered in good time, but do bear this in mind if wanted for a special occasion.
