There was not tracking number given and no response to my query at all. I don’t even know where’s my package

Still not yet received the follow up about my order

I ordered a few boxes of masks last week. The order has been changed to "Order Printed" for a few days without further update. I called its hotline on 5Feb morning and the staff (a gentleman) told me that the masks would be received from its supplier by EOB same day and then the masks would be sent to me immediately.

However, a few hours later, my order has been CANCELLED by the shop, without anyone contacted me (no email) and no alternative is offered!

I would like to have a response to explain what happens and a resolution!

Due to mainland, china disease issue, most of the supplier get huge amount order and stock shortage, when i email the shop to update shipping status, they reply quickly that make me feel good,
i try the order on the other supplier, they just ignore me.

I sent multiple emails asking about the delivery status, there is no reply at all. My purchase was fully paid on 27/1.

Placed order for a week already but still not informed how is the shipment cost. Stated enquiry and sent email but no response yet.

I would really like to know about the delivery schedule of my items as we need them here urgently, it would be very appreciated if I can have a rough idea about the timing.
