A lovely shop with fabulous clothing and very friendly staff. This time I bought on line and the clothes arrived safely, well packaged and with a total reassurance of dealing with a business who are totally committed to customer satisfaction.

Outstanding service from start to finish, outstanding quality of the suits aswell. Everyone in the company was willing to get the extra mile for me. Really refreshing experience and will definitely recommend woven to friends and family. Best plave for suit purchase/hire in the north east.

Great staff and a classy shop with a great unique choice.

Ordered a really nice 3 piece suit and it arrived quickly. Had to return to jacket due to ordering the wrong size and the customer service at Woven is fantastic. We got our wedding suits from Woven 5 years ago and now it is the only place we would consider buying a suit from!

Nothing went wrong, good item. I just don't like the idea of Trustpilot. It gives a false impression.
Isn't it enough to have the product and not send it back beecause it is good?
Trust pilot is a false indication of a service. Anyone can paint something rosy by getting friends to extol the virtues. The less all this business the better. It's just buying and selling not appraisal of a moon probe.

Amazing kind and caring staff. My son with autism, was offered an excellent amount of service. Chris let Jack go into the store early to get his suit adapted. Because of this Jack avoided the crowds of shoppers, this would of been something that would of caused a large amount of distress to Jack.

I can’t thank the girls at Woven alterations enough outstanding service! Mary went above and beyond reconstructing my full suit ahead of my wedding - She was absolutely fantastic!

Customer service is excellent! I had a top to exchange for a smaller size, it was reordered, and within 3 days it was ready to collect. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
