I loved the idea of this as a gift for some one special. When it arrived I was disappointed with the colour of the photo on the slate. It had a green tinge so looked a bit wishy-washy, whereas in the photo the colours were very bright.
I was going to order another one as a gift but due to the colour of the photo I probably won't now 😔

Excellent service beyond going the extra mile for its customers. I ordered a key ring and it was misplaced in post, however I contacted the company and they gave a rapid response and issued a next day delivery for my item. I will definitely recommend.

I was scared that it wouldn’t turn up as it was a few days later than the approximate 5 days, so I was very excited to open them when they did arrive! I had a look into the delivery and it seems that your order from 5th May was delivered in the time frame stated.
We have a 2-5 day creation time (this is the queue of orders that we have to make), and then the 5 working days is the time that it can take Royal Mail to deliver after we have sent your order, which in this case was on the 10th May and it was then delivered by Royal Mail on the 13th May.
I apologise if this wasn't clear when ordering - we do try to explain that there is a creation time and delivery time when ordering.

Great company if you have issues they are very quick to rectify the problem. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve used WoW creations. This time I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted on the website. I used the WhatsApp chat and the person helping me was absolutely brilliant in designing exactly what was needed for my wife’s birthday. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
