WOWHD send me a wrong product. But after a couple of mails back and forward they agreed to send me the right product (DVD: Man With a Plan - season two) without receiving the Xbox game they send me.

Good experience and would happily shop there again 😊.

Stopped buying from them after several bad experiences with their customer service. Example: In close succession, I received an obviously pirated item and an item with production errors. On the first, they offered a 10% discount (!) and on the second, they just ignored my emails.

As you can see they try to blame me for not reading the info on Region 1 properly, but if they had paid any attention at all to my email they would have seen that I questioned why the Region 1 message was on page 2 and in SMALL PRINT. They do not draw your attention to this fact at all. Secondly, they did not answer my question as to why the UK page does not supply UK Region 2 dvd's. Again I repeat for all UK customers, This company only supply REGION 1 dvd's, even though you are on the UK page and the UK operates on REGION 2.
There are plenty of other reputable companies online, so avoid WOWHD if you do not want Region 1 dvd's.

Finally received my dvd from wowhd.fr 34 days later and the dvd came from Belgium if you are waiting your order wait until 45 days after your order if it not arrive email wowhd to re ship our re fond.

I'm a hardcore collector. Some blu ray releases comes in limited collectible boxsets, slipcases or similar. These are typically made of cardboard, and are fragile during shipping. They need to be packed in a proper box with several layers of bubblewrap plastic! For a collector, a boxset or slipcover isn't satisfying to own or even pay for, if it has the slightest dents, scratches pressed corners etc on it. When selling items like this, you should pack it safely.

If you think it won't be affordable within your fixed shipping fees, then give the customer at least the possibility, of choosing a more expensive, but safer shipping/packing option.

When my order arrived, it came in a thin single-layered cardboard envelope, with no padding at all, of course the boxset was completely squashed and dented beyond fixable.

In my case they listened to my complaint, after a few emails forth and back, they agreed to ship a new set free of charge, after they (what it seemed like), understood my request of shipping in a bombproof packing.

But what happened? The other boxset arrived, in the exact same one-layered envelope, again the boxset wasn't in a condition, that a collector could accept. When I again approached, I got the standard answer, that they couldn't control how the items were packed?!

Thats not a serious customer friendly business, I have ordered from wowhd the last time!!! It simply isn't worth it, to buy something, simply because it's cheap. I don't mind paying extra for good service, flexible shipping options and better understanding from the retailer, of what they're actually selling.

This website poses as a Danish website as it has a Danish web address, is in Danish & prices are quoted in Danish Krone. However, it is not Danish, it is American. You will be charged in US$ & may be liable for import duty, if you are purchasing from Denmark. Please note that the price you see is not the price you will have to pay! I placed 2 orders on 13 December 2015 & the money (quoted in Danish Krone but deducted from my bank account in US$) was immediately deducted from my bank account. As at 12 January 2016, I have not received either order. Customer services do not respond to emails. I suggest you buy your products somewhere else. I will certainly never use them again.

I have ordered cosmetics on their website. After arriving (yes, it did take a long time) the packaging was different from the previous original packaging. After contacting the manufacturer the following two aspects were revealed:
1. WowHD is not an official reseller
2. The product was indeed a counterfeit!

After this I immediately contacted them, but as expected no answer. So please be careful with this fraudulent business as they are only out for your money!

I ordered an accessory for my PS3, the part were on stock accordingly to the webshop, this was on the 25. of December. The 9. January I receive a email that this part weren't on stock, and that it would be a bit delayed.
Without counting the holidays, then it took wowhd 8 days to find out that the part was out of stock !!!!

I then wrote an email asking how long the delay would be. The same question I asked on their webpage's customer questions. Bot they don't even bother to answer their customers, and still I have no answer, so now I have canceled my order.

I then realize after looking at my bank statement that they have already charged my credit card for the purchase, even though they haven't even shipped the goods yet. Accordingly to danish law, and the danish Consumer Ombudsman, then this is not allowed.

So the only reason I have given 1 STAR is because you are not able to rate 0 STARS

yeah i'll join the crowd having ordered on dec. 4th and told it was dispatched dec 14th (10 days to dispatch?!?!)...still nothing. and yes, it was for christmas presents.
WOWHD is a bunch of lamo's, sorry.
