I ordered the hoody with my dog embroidered on the front and it looks ridiculous. He is a black dog and it was all grey with a couple of lines to make a mouth and nose, nothing like the advertised ones. I tried emailing twice and no response. Very disappointed!!

Easy and very explanatory and easy to set up photo

I had a really disappointing experience with Wownine. I reached out multiple times via email and never received a response, which is extremely frustrating as a customer. I ordered an embroidered item of my gray cat and provided a clear photo,they embroidered my cat yellow! How does that even happen?

Ordered on Jan 21st and no word since then. I sent an email to customer service for an update 4 days ago and no response. Absolute horse shit!!! I'd think twice before ordering from Wownine.

Honestly most of the dog and animals my friends have are rescues. We don’t know their EST date! So maybe make that an option and not mandatory.

I put the date the dog arrived at my friends ❤️ and he just recently passed. This is a gift for her, my friend, she is extremely heart broken

No communication from these people whatsoever! Paid for vip service and expedited shipping. Filing for a refund! Do not order anything from these people!

I never recieved my order I would not recommend this company

Was a smooth process. Would be nice to know how long I should expect to wait until it's delivered

The product choices are great, and the checkout was simple enough, but after I had placed a $100 order, the only confirmation I got was an email saying that I finished the checkout process. I never got a tracking number, no shipping date or even a time frame on when it might be shipped. I ordered 5 days ago, emailed support 3 days ago asking for some kind of direction and never got an email back. It would be 5 stars if I could get confirmation on where my package is in the process.

These people are SCAMMERS. They are quick to take your money but not resolve the issue they leave you with. I ordered a custom sweater for my girlfriend with the picture of her dog that passed away on it. It came littered with black stains all over the front and back. I took pictures and sent them to the email provided on the website. They refuse to refund my money. I don't want it to be resent. It came lopsided as well. The embroidery and design is crooked. Now they won't respond to me at all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE CROOKS. 95 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN.

The product I bought was sentimental

Placed an order for a personalized light frame and noticed that customer service does not answer at all when you try to reach out to them. Even though they have said it on their website “We have a team of live staff who will help you within 24-hours on 7-days a week and answer all your questions.” i still haven’t received a single message. Make sure to check out reviews before buying! I hope i at least get the personalized light frame i ordered and then i’ll consider on giving this a higher rating.

I got to know Wow nine through Instagram. I live in Monterrey MX. Hope it gets to my address before Valentine's. It was super easy to buy the gift, hope it is the same as it looks. Please before sending make sure the light works jeje.
