The embroidery is good but the sweatshirt is not cotton or even a mix. It’s 100% polyester. Made in China and no tracking info is ever provided. Would not recommend.

The embroidery on the shirts in the advertisement were such a very close likeness to the animals. What I got in the mail today looks like a bad cartoon version of our dog Bailey, or some other similar looking dog. Also, her head is roughly half the advertised size, I wish I could insert a picture here. I do NOT recommend.

Horrible experience! Do not purchase! Got item it was supposed to be an extra large fits like a medium or large at most. There is no tag or anything that shows it’s an extra large or anything. They say I can get another one by paying another 10$ and shipping for something that may or may not be the size you ordered. Avoid at all costs

I deeply regret purchasing from this company. The hoodie I ordered was of poor quality, and I decided to return it. However, my experience with their so-called “customer service” has been nothing short of infuriating. Despite their return policy, they outright refused to honor it and instead tried to push me into accepting a replacement item I didn’t want.

When I insisted on a refund, they wasted my time with evasive and unhelpful responses, asking for unnecessary photos and measurements of the hoodie, as if they were trying to shift the blame onto me. It quickly became clear that they have no intention of honoring their return policy or issuing refunds.

If you value your time and money, do not shop here. The quality is subpar, and their return process is a sham. You are essentially throwing your money away because you will NEVER see it again. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company that respects its customers.

Ordered the Griswold Family Christmas hoodie with Clark's famous rant on the back. Awesome concept of course so I ordered it. Specified 2XL which is my size. Took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did I immediately noticed it was more appropriately sized for a child. No big deal, I thought, as there website states that returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. I contacted them and simply asked that I returne the sweater and exchange it for a bigger size. What ensued was, quite simply, a pathetic excuse for customer service. They proceeded to argue with me over the course of too many emails about clothes sizing, requesting that I take pictures and measurements of the sweater that I received. They kept referring to their sizing chart which was not accurate at all. The sweater that I received was smaller than what they specified. They suggested that I pay extra money to have them send the proper size to which I replied I absolutely would not be doing that. Throughout the email chain they kept circling back to the same response and just ignored very basic questions that I asked to the point where it seemed as though they were automatically generated responses. I could go on about the frustrations that I experienced with this outfit but the bottom line is instead of just helping me resolve my issue they did nothing but argue and ultimately ended with "it should be expected that there is a reasonable margin for error in regards to the size chart so therefore it is your fault for ordering the wrong item and the cost to replace it will be your responsibility entirely." Couldn't believe my eyes when I read that but thought they obviously don't care about repeat business or their reputation for that matter. To boot the item is of very cheap quality. I will never purchase anything from them ever again and suggest you avoid them at all costs.

Ordering was easy and self explanatory.

There should be a way to edit or cancel the order after it has been placed before it has been shipped. Customers are directed to one customer service email. There is no other forms of communication.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and only got one. The coloring of one of the dogs is completely wrong and the dates are in the wrong places. Working with the customer service team has been very difficult, but I sent the pictures they requested. I've just asked that they redo the design and then send me the 2 sweatshirts that I paid for.... no go so far and it's been 2 weeks. Losing hope that this will be resolved successfully. Would not order from again....

Looking through the site was easy. I know the holidays are near but I didn’t get an estimated delivery date. I hope to see one soon. UPDATE: It is now January 5th and I still have no estimated delivery date and company was no help.

I ordered a sweatshirt. The work was completely subpar. Everything was off-center. Nothing like the photo. They obviously stole advertising material from another company. This is a complete rip off. And they won't refund you because it's a "custom product."
