Not blown away by the service
Not blown away by the service. Very messy. I've been absolutely bombarded with emails its difficult to understand what is important. They then email asking from a 5 star review in return for vouchers. I'd prefer the vouchers were issued based on honnesty so you can improve your service rather than just bribing people for good reviews.

Ok so far, but some minor issues
Having requested and been appointed a surveyor for a purchase I am making, I was surprised to find that the surveyor knew nothing of the transaction. This may not have been HLD's fault, but it does draw down the overall rating.
Also I have now been asked to provide ID documents for two transactions on three occasions.
