Fantastic plugin with amazing support!

I'm writing this review after using a plugin for a couple of months. There are no words to describe how amazing the plugin is. Actually I was quite confused while buying the plugin whether to buy or not. Because I'm not an expert on the technical side of things. But this plugin exceeded all my expectations.

No one can believe Zoe the support agent patiently helped me in a lot of things to set up my campaign and even when I reached out for help multiple times.

I faced difficulties with scraping the images from feeds. The technical team customized the plugin for me and add an option to get image from the feed and made it possible. Moreover, when I encountered an issue with content translation, they promptly responded to it and within just 2 hours they provided a an updated pack.

Moreover I had given a suggestion for the team to add a "Pause Campaign" feature in the CRON section, allowing me to pause a particular campaign without affecting the other ongoing campaigns. The team not only listened to my suggestion but also implemented it in the updated version of the plugin.

I had a little problem with google translate language for posts. However Zoe - Support Agent patiently helped me. Now everything is working fine, best plugin I've ever used.

I just buy WP Automatic Plugin for WordPress – 10 Websites.
I contact few days ago about campaign image issue by chat (Zoe from dev team). I gave the ID and password of my website and they did test on their side.

But dev team created a campaign and publish all content (instead of draft). They didn't even tell me, they published content. Now my website is filtered 4 pages and portuguese content has been indexed (french website). Moreover, they didn't solved my issue. I lost 40€ for my expired domain and after contact them by chat, she doesn't offer me any financial compensation. So disapointed.

I purchased a copy of this plugin only to find that it clashes with the Wordpress Divi theme pagebuilder. Despite bit of a slow start, once the team got on it they rushed out a new version within a day or two which resolved the problem. My thanks go to them for their help with sorting this.
UPDATE 4th May: Just had an awkward snag (not with the software - configuration issue on server) which I resolved quickly through chat support - the agent was very knowledgeable and guided me through. So I'm bumping this rating up to five stars.
