I recently got really stuck migrating a wordpress account from .com to .org. I submitted the contact form on WPBeginner and have been so impressed with the quality of their service: their knowledge is really amazing, they reply so quickly and they have been really patient answering all my basic questions.

I literally DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE TO START when I was trying to develop a WordPress site. When you're getting ready with your brand new domain name, it all sounds so easy: click, drag and drop, etc.

Then you get going and you're like me, it's nine steps back and ZERO forward. And you want to throw your computer against the wall, and you feel stupid. You find forums, you post questions, and the answers make it even worse. You're in WordPressHell.

And you stay there, stuck, until by some fortunate google search, you come across a clear, non-technical, easy-to-follow article by a group called WPBeginner.com. A little pop-up announces that they have a Facebook group of friendly helpers, so you join it, hopeful.

And they do. And they help. And they hold your hand, and hold it, and hold it, until lo and behold, you have a functional website. But more importantly, you have an understanding of HOW WORDPRESS WORKS...so you can keep getting better at it.

And they have HUNDREDS of articles on every aspect of WordPress...each of them clearly-written and easy to follow. Each has a video, and for those of us who need to go more slowly, a text version of the video.

Yes, they have some affiliate programs. Yes, some other users may offer advice that is too technical or unhelpful; it's a forum, not a classroom. But don't let this sway your opinion: WPBeginner is the real deal in helping WordPress newbies get confident in using a great tool. THANK YOU!!!!

I wanted to move my website from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, but I didn’t have a clue how. When I came across WPBeginner’s free setup service it seemed too good to be true, but it all seemed to check out and I found some really positive reviews so I took the plunge. I’m so pleased I did! It was a great experience from start to finish. It felt a bit weird giving my login details to a complete stranger on the other side of the world, but the WPBeginner team kept me updated throughout and their communications were really clear and helpful. Wendy even fixed bits of my code that weren’t working and set up my new site with all the plug-ins I needed. I’ve since found that the WPBeginner website is a great resource for pretty much any question I’ve had and I’ve joined the Facebook group too. Would totally recommend to anyone who’s not familiar with the technicalities of WordPress and just needs their site to work. Thank you!!!

They got back within the same day and walked me through every issue! We finished by midnight and they were still on the chat with me! So happy I found them!

Awesome group to be a part of and I am so glad they allowed me to join! I've only had one problem and the leaders of this group stayed with me until they helped me get it resolved! They exhibited patience and professionalism all the way thru the 2 day walkthroug! I recommend this team very highly!

This site is littered with popups, ads, and intrusive content. Funny how it's a site about wordpress websites yet they're doing a really bad job at their own!

Whatever I searched in Google about Wordpress, I found detailed information on their sites. Very well maintained and rick content. Not significantly biased using affiliate links in their most blogs.

Wpbeginner.com is the best resource on the internet. I got so much help from there and highly recommend it.Free help that they offer is not a joke.They helped me to start my website as they promised.Very reliable! Customer service is super fast and friendly.
