The product does not work as described…don't get caught like I did.
The product does not work as described in its promotional content. At the time of use it was full of bugs and obviously a rushed deployment without much time in quality assurance. The product consistently fails to update to its newer version - often with days or weeks difference at a time leading to security concerns. My experience with support is that they are slow to respond and very unhelpful. Disgusted with the product and the conduct of the team.
