Really thorough advice given. I was impressed with the indepth level of fact finding as to my hopes, dreams and the reality in respect of income & expenses. All done in an easy to understand process over 6 weeks, with a mix of scheduled phone appointments and a written statement on my part, answering set financial questions. At each step of the way WPS made sure that I understood the processes & goal. This process culminated in a final 1.5 hour phone call with a WPS financial advisor, who systematically worked through my statement, plans and how to achieve them, with tax guidance thrown in.
