grass seed spreader

Bought the liquid grass seed spreader. What a piece of junk! Followed the instructions to a T. Water sprayed out from the back and soaked me. Then the container holding the seed/water mixture would blow off. This happened three times after repeated attempts. Contacted customer service and no help at all. Don't buy anything from this company. Total rip off!

I’d give Wrapango a zero if I could

First it took over a week for the fly traps to arrive. By then they were no longer needed, I had bought other solutions. They were also not what I expected. The website states returns are allowed. I initiated a return via email. They didn’t respond. I called the number and left a message, no response. I sent another email, then more, no response. I sent another saying I was you going to have my credit card reverse the charges. They emailed back with some obscure download center to access pdfs with instructions to return. Also stated the pdfs were attached to the email, which they never were. It took me 3 days to maneuver through the download center only to find out that they will accept the return but I had to pay postage to mail them back to them to some Eurasian sounding country. That did it. I contacted my credit card and they reversed the charges. Today I got another email from them just stringing me along. I suggest no one purchase anything from Wrapango. Horrible evasive customer service.

This page shouldn't exist. I ordered two cameras and never received them. I asked for a refund and they just sent me fake links. I read several comments and I'm not the only one with problems. Just a quick suggestion for anyone who doesn't know, file your complaints with the FTC

Total junk I’ve been trying for a week to return items now they want me to get something for free so I don’t have to get a return and keep the crap I have. They offer you a $40 credit when all of their stuff is horrid quality.
I would not give them a star rating at all except for have to have something to be able to write a review

The fly catchers do not work as…

The fly catchers do not work as advertised, do not waste your money or time. Have corresponded with customer service multiple times, did everything they suggested to entice the flies to the catcher, watched flies land less than 20” in proximity to the catcher, but never landed on it. When I asked for a refund, the response was unreasonable. They expected a picture of the product, brand new in the box before even being used.
They then want the product returned unused. Wrapango is a fraudulent company.

This is the worst company to deal…

This is the worst company to deal with.. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. The stuff is cheaply made.They expected me to pay $25 to return it. I would never give them one dime. My product wouldn't even work. One star is too many. It needs to be none.

Buyer beware

They sent me a faulty product. I sent videos explaining to them that the product was faulty and they blamed it on me. It was just a spray nozzle that leaked and they couldn’t be bothered to replace it. I would never buy anything from this company I highly highly recommend you not. They have terrible customer service and crappy products.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam! This website should be removed! Bought 2 wireless security cameras and they did not hold a charge over 30 seconds…trash. Then when I email the company per their website to get a return label, I got a new email every 3 days with excuses and no return label. I was told via it will cost me to return, then I got another email stating they need videos and pictures of item and still no return label.

WRAPANGO is a SCAM

I purchased a posture-corrector from Wrapango.com in reliance on the site’s prominent “30-day FREE return” guarantee and five-star reviews; upon delivery on 27 May 2025 the product proved flimsy and unusable, so I e-mailed them the same day to invoke the free return. Over seven outbound messages and six replies, representative “Edgar” demanded photos(which I supplied), urged me to keep or gift the item, dangled a store-credit offer equal to the purchase price plus 10 percent, warned that “additional return and handling fees may apply,” and finally conditioned issuance of a return label on my advance agreement to pay an $8 “return fee.” Wrapango has still not provided a prepaid return label or refunded my money, despite its advertised policy; this pattern matches numerous complaints on ScamAdvisor. The company’s conduct constitutes false and deceptive advertising under Wis. Stat. § 100.18, unfair practices under 15 U.S.C. § 45, and violations of the FTC Mail/Internet Order Rule and Fair Credit Billing Act.

I bought this and waited 4 weeks for it to get to my address. Absolute piece of junk. I ordered green cactus and received red and silver. The threaded pipes were all galled and needed to be welded in order to work. Very disappointed with whole deal. Please don’t buy’ it is waste a of your hard earned money .

Ordered a "Invisible Back Posture…

Ordered a "Invisible Back Posture Corrector" for $19.90. Turns out to be about $2 worth of elastic and a few straps. Very cheaply made. Absolutely worthless. Working on refund now. Customer service has replied promptly but seems to be stalling. Wants a picture of item with packaging and a statement that it's unused. Will probably just end up challenging credit card payment. Do not buy from this place. (Based in Bulgaria)!!
Update 6/5/25: Several more emails back and forth including one offering to let me keep my purchase and, for $2 more, I could purchase $22 worth of their stuff. I disputed charge and told Wrapango to forget it. Ended up getting a full refund. Moral of the story: Be careful where you shop on the internet!

I bought a 16TB SSD external drive from…

I bought a 16TB SSD external drive from Wrapango on 4/23/25. I received it 2 weeks later. I transferred files from my computer, and it shows the folder was being transferred. When the transfer was done after several hours, I clicked the drive (F:>) to check, and the message said, “The drive is inaccessible.” I unplugged the device and plugged it again. I clicked the drive and the folder, and it was empty. No files were transferred after several hours of transferring. I formatted the SSD twice using both kinds of format options (NTFS & exFAT) each time hoping one of them would work well and did the file transfer all over again, but the problem is still the same. I emailed customer service several times. John was the first person who responded to my email and told me to format the drive. I told him I already formatted the SSD, even using the 2 format options. Then, the second person to reply to my email was Michaela. She gave me a detailed procedure telling me to select “DELETE VOLUME.” As soon as I did that, the SSD drive disappeared from the File Explorer. Now the computer could no longer detect the SSD drive when I plugged it in. The procedure given by Michaela makes it even worse. I told them I would return it and want a replacement that works and they never acknowledge that they will send me a working SSD. Too bad I did not check the review before I bought from this SCAMER. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
