Do not send money to this company!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They are scam artists and should never be trusted. PLEASE do not order anything from this company. If anything is wrong, their broken English representatives will keep you on the phone asking ridiculous questions for an hour and then say that can't do anything to help you. My package arrived in a plain plastic bag with no business name on it. I opened it and inside was a mangled box with the product I ordered inside it. I contacted the company and after a very long runaround, I was told that because I opened the outer bag, they couldn't do anything for me. Are you serious???? The outer packaging didn't even have their company name on it. I had to open it to see what was inside it! The box inside was mangled! I simply wanted to return it and get a refund. I will make sure this story goes everywhere I can get it to travel so that no one else loses their money to a scamming company.

Wrapango Deceptive Business Practice

The online image of the Nirvana long sleeve shirt appeared to be the popular trending sweatshirt. However, it arrived as a cheap stretch polyester, long sleeve shirt.

I reached out to the Wrapango Customer Solutions Department and was instructed to forward “photos of the product packaging for recording purposes.”

As required, I forwarded two photos to Wrapango: One photo showed the Nirvana shirt in the resealable plastic sleeve, with the mailer envelope along its side. The second photo showed was the Nirvana shirt, with its resealable plastic sleeve and mailer envelope along its side.

I then received an email from Wrapango Customer Solutions advising of their return policy stating, “We cannot accept returns on used or opened items due to hygiene and health reasons.”

This shirt was NEVER USED or tried on. Without removing it from the resealable sleeve packaging, how would I have known it was the wrong item?

Nowhere in their return instructions did Wrapango indicate by slipping the shirt out of its resealable package would void their return policy.

This goes down as the worst customer service I have ever experienced and undoubtedly I’m not the only voice in my complaint. With the thousands of choices of gold-standard online consumer shopping sites, I strongly recommend to avoid this substandard online company as evidenced by their deceptive business practice.

I will be sharing this issue widely to include the Federal Trade Commission, National Attorney General and The Department of Consumer Affairs.

Very disappointed

What I was sent looked nothing like the picture. Sloppy, cheap and there should have been some print on one sleeve. First of all, it took forever. Second, trying to contact someone. Third, when I did, nothing is done. You keep getting a message that they have sent to Product Dept. for review. Today I’m told nothing can be done, but they are offering me a 20% coupon.

Their product was very poor quality

Their product was very poor quality; had no label to confirm what size the item (Shoulder brace) was; I ordered a Medium size and felt like an Extra Extra Small, impossible to wear! They would not back their product nor allow returns since I "wore" the product when I put it on only once to confirm it fit and was a quality product that worked. I will never purchase again from this company.

This “company” is a big scam

This “company” is a big scam. They sold me a Ultrasonic Cavitation Devic. Then the device stop working. I contacted Wrapango and sent them pictures and videos and they were giving me excuses and not solutions. I had enough of their BS and I file a dispute with PayPal and they gave me my money back. Don't trust these scammers. The device was $189.00 at Wrapango but you can get at $74.00 at Alliexpress.

Fly Trap Flop

I placed an order for a USB Electronic, The Worlds Best Silent Fly Trap on Wrapango, June 15, 2023, I received the product around June 22, 2023. This product did not come with any paper instructions, just what was on the back of the box and came with no fly attracting liquid. The box states to charge it, but also that you have to plug it in, even with it being plugged in it kept stopping and never caught a single fly. I gave it several tries over a period of 3 or 4 days, but every time I checked it it would not be working. I got on the website again to try to return it and get my money back, but it tells me this product is non-refundable/returnable. When you look at their return policy there is a whole list of items that they have determined to be non-returnable/refundable. An item like what I purchased should be returnable if it does not work. I would not recommend ordering anything from Wrapango.

Poor Customer Service

Order product on a Sunday morning, realized within a 2 hours it was a electric device and I needed a battery operated device. Notified company, got a response that changes or cancelation had to be within 1 hour. Was told to read their cancelation policy, in this policy it list all things that are non returnable. This list included every item they sell!
Poor company to do business with. I would not recommend at all.

Ordered a GE refrigerator filter

Ordered a GE refrigerator filter. Had a problem getting it within a 2 month period. Finally came. Gave it as a gift. Was just told it was installed and it leaks. Of course can’t return it’s been over the 30 days. Wrapango is a scam. Kept lying to me about delivery. Had a fake shipping info site. I believe they buy rejects from GE and sale them. DO NOT SHOP here.

Scam company

This company is a scam. They false advertise their produce and send you junk. I send item back and I had to pay the $15 to return these fake plastic shoes that were supposed to be leather. Then they tried to get me to cancel my claim in paypal, I suppose to rip me off. So I escalated it up, now it's pending. If I could give this company a minus star, I would!!

I purchased the Hydro Liquid Lawn through this company. The product came to me damaged and I was not able to use it at all. The company will not replace the brocken item unless I pay for the replacement. It was horrible trying to speak to anyone.
