Horrible!!!

First, when I ordered a device from them they said it couldn't be delivered? So they wanted me to pay for a redelivery!
I myself was able to find out who the delivery company was so I didn't have to pay. Once the device finally arrived it didn't work! I tried charging it and even bought a new battery for the remote part!
I requested to have a refund and no one will respond to my request!
DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! SCAM! They do not stand by their money back guarantee. I have kept all correspondence in writing and now I am taking legal action as well as a CC dispute. They owe me approx. 150.00. They are absolutely ridiculous. They asked me to take pictures, which I did (everything was sealed) and then they said bc the box was open they could not take it back. They are the ones that wanted pictures. I'm actually excited that hopefully the company will be shut down.

In addition to their response 7/23. The items were unused and unopened. Meaning still in original packaging and they know this as evidenced by the pictures that were sent to them. They will do anything to get out of their agreement. Like I said they are a fraudulent and unlawful company.

scam!

I ordered spy camera and received package without any instructions, what looks like a camera but it’s confusing how to use it and I was not able to use it. Contacted customer service, they did not try to help me with how to use it. When I requested the refund was told no refunds allowed on open packages.
This is a scam company, would not recommend.

I bought a fly catching device for $40 on Wrapango. The website was very persuasive with their marketing and VISIBLE reviews. I followed the instructions and placed their product in a high-traffic area of our fly problems. After 2 days of catching nothing, I reached out to the company about processing a return, and they recommended that I try using honey for bait with hot water in the under container. This also failed. I don't expect anything to work perfectly these days, but for a $40 fly trap to not catch anything in a week seemed a bit much. After contacting the company again, they said they do not accept returns on used products. I would caution ANYONE looking to buy from this company that what I purchased seemed very cheaply made and dis not function as advertised. Between their misleading marketing and inability to return a product that doesn't do what they say it does, I would invest my money elsewhere. I am a business owner and have worked in customer service for 20 years, and I RARELY leave bad reviews as a professional courtesy, but this company is ripping people off, and I hope this review helps some honest people out there save their money.

Liquid from bottles leaked everywhere.Refuses to take product back and told me to mail the product which may or may not be a chemical directly to china. I would have to pay the return postage. Edited: Bravo Wrapango. Thank you for taking care of this. The history is below but the company saw my complaint and corrected it. I am not sure why it was not done the first time but it is done now. I can get rid of that hose. The responded right away to my first review. Thank you Trust Pilot.

Poor service

They advertise 3-4 day shipping. However, it takes them at least 3-4 days to leave their warehouse. If lucky the products will arrive in 11-15 days. Their site reviews are only what the admin approves, so negative reviews are not displayed. One thing they are fast at is flooding your email with more offers.

The perfect seat for wild child in a Jeep.

Best picture clarity on the market!

When I first received the camera it sat on the counter for days. It didn't seem like much. When I had issues hooking up to the wifi I was disappointed, so I forgot about it. When I needed it I was able to get it to work with little trouble. Our home router automatically picks up the necessary frequency (2.4) on its own, I was shocked at the clarity of the picture! Crystal clear would be an understatement. Unfortunately I wanted to use it in the garage to keep an eye on what was coming through the doggie door but it was just too dark. I wish it had sound but for the size, for the price? BEST small camera out there! How do I know? This is my 5th and final try at finding a decent 1.Yayy
