We did not have plans for Solar PV but a close friend had a very positive experience with Mark McNally and WRB. So we took a look at it and decided to proceed. The whole WRB team Michelle Nelligan Finance and others in administration were prompt in replying to email were friendly, understanding and helpful as were George Ward and Frankie the Installers. They listened to what we wanted and were considerate in the placement of the battery and inverter. The sales person Mark McNally did not sell us anything he helped us buy what was best for our needs and we would highly recommend Mark and the whole team. We are two months in now and very pleased with our investment. Thank you all. Would highly recommend.

After being informed from a family member that solar energy was much more affordable than years past and a more cost effective way to consume energy we decided to look into it . With a family of six with a larger than average consumption , reducing energy costs was a no brainer . We wanted a company with a lot of experience and decided to go with Wrb as they’d 15yrs under their belt. From the initial consultation with Andrew I was content that we’d made the right choice . Everything moved very quickly as a slot was provided the following week due to cancellation . I found the whole team very professional , productive and informative until the job was finished at around 19.30 . Special thanks to Frankie ,Frank and Callum for great work 👏

After some research and price comparison, we decided to use WRB Group to install a solar panel system in our home in Templepatrick. We chose to go with them and could not praise the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of this firm enough. A massive thank you to everyone involved with this first class installation…

I’ve waited exactly a year after installation to see how my solar system has preformed. I applied for and was approved for the TAMS 3 Solar Capital Investment Scheme Grant. The first 2 solar installers I approached for a quote asked what my TAMS grant approved figure was and both bumped up their price accordingly. WRB Group was recommended to me by a friend and their quote was so completive that I decided to install 2 Duracell batteries as well. I’ve 17 panels and 10kw battery storage and the system is working perfectly. The batteries supply power in the evenings/night and are generally fully recharged by 1 pm next day. Over 3 seasons I export excess power generated to the grid in return for credit units. These credit units help offset against imported electricity units over the winter season. I felt I got a good deal on price from WRB group and with the grant it should fully pay for itself in 4 to 5 years. The installers were efficient and professional. The office staff where very helpful in providing me with all the documentation necessary to complete the grant application. Overall I was pleased with the company performance and system installed.

The installers came out today and obviously did not read the job sheet they were given. They put the solar panels on the front of the house instead of the back. I was talking to the rep and to no satisfaction. I am doing a 12 hour shift and cannot get home to see the messing that's going on at my house. Should never have gone near this crowd. Always use local! Very dissapointed!!

I called WRB at 08.45 am new years day. Engineer was here within one hr. Detected the fault and said the part would need to be ordered but said they would return to fit the part today 03/01/25 and left me two heaters to keep me warm . Just after 9am the door went and the engineer fitted the part and my heating was back on within 30 mins. Fantastic service as I have SPMS and SPS and I get bad spasms when cold

Mark (Sales) came out to visit for a quote and I found it great that he wasn't pushy or telling me what I needed like usual salesmen. He was very ordinary and talked me through a lot of information and gave me a great quote. Girls in the office send me info with details and were very responsive. Yesterday I had our 18 panel system installed. The guys were super, very efficient and knowledgeable in their work, and very very tidy ! They talked me through the user app, and all came back later before they left to see if I had questions and gave me contact numbers and email if I ever need help or advice. You absolutely can't top their service or touch the price. It's a no brainer!

This is a first class company for servicing/repairing your boiler. They answer the phone very promptly, the engineer is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The engineer was very friendly and even put shoe covers on when entering my home.
I left the previous company for servicing my boiler due to their appauling service and customer service. This was Domestic & General. I just wish there were more companies like WRB Gas (Contracts) out there.

From the initial consultation through to the installation, all staff involved were efficient and helpful.
Dates and times were adhered to, and the staff who installed the system were very clean and tidy workers.
Online office staff communicated effectively, and the whole team were very professional.

Brilliant customer service and installation. The guys who installed the panels were professional, tidy and talked me through the entire process. Frankie was front and centre, talked me through the downloading of the app, the functionality of the app and made a second journey early on a Saturday morning to finalise the set up and waited until he was satisfied that the system and app were performing as required. First class service.

Solar panels and hybrid inverter were installed in a day. The teams took us through options with cabling and came up with a discrete solution that worked well and caused minimal disruption. They provided a very competitive quote and were very professional and courteous at all stages, from quotations, accounts and installation staff.

We had Solar panels Solis inverter and Eddi hot water diverter installed by WRB and we are really delighted with the system and the service we received. Everything was seamless; from planning the right system for us, to ordering, to installation and the administration help with regards to grants. What a great company.

Great Company.They seriously know there buisiness.The staff in the office top of the pops and owner Hugh and his brother Arnie (-: are great to deal with and the installers are brilliant.They use Solis in which is a number 1 brand and loads on Youtube about even how Solis inverters can generate electricity on cloudydays where others cant.So if you need pros then the WRB Group is what you need.

Great communication from start to finish.. installation was easy and quick, very pleasant and efficient team who explain everything in a clear manner.. we had lots of quotes and decided on WRB group as they where the only company that we didn’t feel confused with and completely trusted to deliver our solar power system.

WRB installed my solar panels last summer and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. They are very professional from start to finish. The installation team were really friendly and very neat and tidy.
Post installation service has also been first class. This is an area I find a number of companies fall down, but not with WRB.
I was so pleased with the work done that I used WRB to install an EV charger for me and again they didn't disappoint.
In summary, competitive pricing and first class service. Highly recommended.
