Having just returned from a holiday in Thailand, which was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Jennie to all of my friends and family Jennie took the time to get to know us and what we wanted from our holiday and gave us an amazing experience which truly was built all our dreams.Jennie also was with us every step of the way making sure everything went to plan and nothing was a disappointment can’t thank her enough.

I booked a very large family holiday with Jennie, I was sceptical at first as I always wonder how the travel organisers make their money and assumed it would make my holiday more expensive. My sister also arranged quotes and Jennie came in the cheapest and this included my sister going directly to one holiday company for a direct price! She was also so helpful organising calls at 8.30pm to accommodate all the different family members and their needs. I have since booked another holiday with Jennie and will continue to do so, she takes the stress away and always seems to come up with great options and ideas! I couldn't recommend her enough.

Booking my holiday with Wren Travel was the best decision I ever made. Jennie had extensive knowledge of Cape Verde. She was fully transparent with what we were booking, what was included and what to expect. The holiday was exactly what we needed at a price that beat anything we tried to price ourselves. We have booked to go to Cyprus in June this, once again with Jennie on Jennie’s recommendation and we cannot wait!

Jennie arranged every aspect of my 3-week trip to Orlando, Florida for September 2025. Nothing was too much to ask of her, right down to every nuanced detail. I will honestly never book any holiday again without using the expertise of Wren Travel. The entire process has been made so easy and manageable - we are so delighted with everything that's arranged for us and can't wait to go and return with stories for Jennie. I've already given her the details for a multi-country trip in 2026 and don't doubt that she'll impress us once again!

I've known of independent travel agents for a while but always been dubious. Usually opting for big high street names or booking myself online. How wrong I was! Jen at Wren travel took our wishes and put together a holiday which was exactly what we wanted with absolutely none of the hassle of doing it ourselves. Even saving some money on what it would have cost to book myself. A personal service with all of the safeguarding and backing of the big company names. She'll definitely be my first port of call for all of our future travels.

What can I say…. We booked our Disneyland Paris experience with Wren Travel…. We are here now and we are having the best time.
The service I got from Wren Travel was exactly what we needed and more. Jennie listened to what we wanted out of a hotel at Disney and she picked us the perfect one for us.
