Excellent all round, thank you Jon!

This was our first time using Fairclough Travel . Saw Jon Burton on Facebook on Friends of TUI River Cruises and others were singing his praises. Realising he deals with more than just cruises, we thought we would contact him for our next trip. Jon was so helpful, took time to understand what we were looking for and made suggestions. Finalised a trip and at a better price than we could have booked it ourselves. Will definitely be contacting Jon again for our next holiday.

Excellent service, Jon listened to our requirement regarding a trip to India and was able to provide options and advice to plan the trip of our dreams that included everything we wanted and more.

I’ve booked with Fairclough Travel three times now, and every experience has been great. The service is always quick and easy, and I get a fast response whenever I have a question. I wanted to return to Mallorca this year but wanted to go to a different part of the island, Jon gave some really helpful suggestions and I will be going to Alcudia this year. Can't wait!

Jon was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions so that we could choose the right cruise for us. We paid the same price as if we had booked directly with TUI but this gave me the opportunity to gain more information from someone who had done the cruise themselves. Booking confirmation and tickets were provided promptly and any subsequent questions I had were also answered comprehensively and in a timely manner.

Fantastic communication and options offered

Jon was very approachable and offered support and assistance without any pressure. We exchanged a number of emails and telephone calls and he also offered out of hours teams calls to include my husband. We were able to book our trip with ease and Jon found us the best deal possible honouring the price initially offered. He was able to discuss all the payment options available giving a clear indication of when payments would be due. His knowledge of the locations was excellent and he provided ideas on how we could enhance our trip and make it more comfortable by sharing knowledge of cabin solutions and avoiding the noisiest. I wouldn't hesitate to book another trip with Fairclough Travel.

I didn’t feel rushed and promises were met in relation to the sending of quotes, confirmation and documentation which were sent to me quickly even though it was outside of office hours on a Friday night. Fairclough travel have Been great in organising the travel arrangements for our rugby trip to France eg hotels trains etc they couldn’t do enough for us
