Wright People is a business that contains a huge amount of experience which has been developed over decades. Similar companies are set up by HR professionals who have been previously employed. It is rare to find people who also have 360 degree business expertise to support you. These guys really understand the nuts and bolts of what it means to run a business, they are approachable, realistic and honest. You will get more than you bargained for and I cannot recommend them enough!

Helen at Wright People HR has been so good for our business. We have achieved so much in a short period - understanding our team dynamics and characteristics, a strong set of core values and behaviours and structured, regular one-to-one's. Helen has become an integral extension of our team who is liked by everyone. We are also working on our HR strategy to enable us to create a string culture built on solid foundations. Wright People offer SMEs like ours an integral service, providing HR compliance advice and documentation, recruitment assistance, 121 and appraisal support, basically anything we need help with!! I have worked with Wright People HR since 2019, beginning simply with a review of our employees Roles & Responsibilities.
