Creating the design was easy using the online system. I love that there is an option to send in your own specific colors in case what they offer (which is plenty!) isn't what you need. Ordering was also simple and while shipping did take awhile once the product arrived they were exactly what I ordered. Would use again should I need bracelets in the future.

My whole experience with Wristband Bros was pleasant. Only two things I think could be improved a little bit. One, I ordered the sparkles added and they really are barely noticeable. Two, the shipping could be a little quicker. It’s not bad, just seems the turn-around time could be a little quicker.

To me wristband bros pricing was very reasonable especially for the quality product I received. I will be ordering from this site again.

Got my daughters memorial bracelet. Wish the inside would have ink that we could see the words, but nevertheless i cannot complain.

The wristbands are premium quality and very reasonably priced. I have ordered twice and still love the quality and the design. I ordered some from a company in China and the quality is not even close.

The site was user friendly and my order can before the scheduled delivery time, which I loved!!! Quality was great!

I paid for rush shipping, though it was refunded and I was blamed for choosing it. They told me they didnt have access to ship my items to me that fast. They then DID NOT ship the items immediately, and instead waited four days so I definitely wouldnt get them in time.

Horrible, rude customer service. I also question where the items are made and shipped from. BEWARE.

By the way, if rush shipping isnt possible to certain addresses, there is an easy way to make sure it can’t be chosen… on the Seller’s end!

Dear All
I like your ease of usage website. I am reasonably happy with the product. It appears to me that some of the wrist bands are not made of high-quality silicone. I write this because the black silicone seems to exibit a grey cast upon use, above and below the wording on the front and back of the wristband. The black does not remain strikingly black but has a greyish cast. Why does that happen?
I would love some answers.

Product is great quality and speedy shipping, along with the company’s great customer service responses

Instructions were very easy to follow in the process of design and ordering.

I liked all the choices and options for color and design. Sending me a proof before manufacturing was great. I do wish I could have seen the image shown in the proof instead of just the back or front while placing order. This made it difficult to understand how close the design from the front came to the design on the back. I may have added somethings had I known there was a lot more space. I am very pleased with end product and experience .
