The adult sized wristbands are much too small for the average adult wrist. I understand they are stretchy (thank god) but they are kid sized. The quality of the print is amazing and the shipment was very quick I was impressed with that. Next time I order (if) I’ll definitely up the size.

MerchBro aka Wristband Bros makers of silicone wristbands. Absolutely horrible experience again and again. I chose this much more expensive company because it was going to be a very large order and I wanted to make sure it would be perfect. I worked with Conner who was fast with pricing by email.

It was a nightmare. First order was for several thousand wrist bands in 4 languages and different sizes. They tossed all the sizes together for each language. Two staff members spent hours measuring and separating the sizes for distribution. I complained to Connor who told me it was my fault because I am a distributor and then assumed I did not want their name on the bags??? We some bags had their name and most had Chinese handwriting? but none were sorted by size.

One language was printed at a very off angle. I sent pictures and they were redone.

The client is an association I am part of and I was doing these at cost to support them. They wanted the new order to match so for that reason only I placed another order. To make sure we had enough time I had this order drop shipped to three different locations. Well, delivery was attempted to my address 3 times - I reached out to Connor who then had the order coming to my address delivered the next day. ALL THREE orders were in this delivery. Two out of the three orders did not make it in time. I complained to Connor who offered to pay for the shipping for me to send to the other two locations. I told him the event has passed. How are the supposed to used them now? He offered a 15% discount. Really?? He explained it was my fault for not ordering rush shipping. I reminded him these would have arrived on time but the PO was not followed and they shipped to the wrong address. I should have just gone with any old factory - perhaps the cheapest factory to have this many problems. I only got a 50% discount after threatening to write a bad review. He is getting his review!

We ordered a large quantity of three different sizes for a school district. Wristband Bros offered us friendly and fast customer service, quick delivery, and a quality product! Everyone loved the bracelets. We would order again from them.

Got the wrist bands and generally happy with the product. One negative is that the rendering on the wristband is not as legible as what the rendering on screen was so have to be more careful with fonts style and size.

Placed order and received items within a week, great service great follow-up, I was able to track my shipment via USPS. I would order from wristbandbros again
