Hi! Overall am happy with the product I was delivered!

Few options that would have been nice though that encompass more of what I was looking for:

-Have a traditional rainbow color option for band color
-Have option for traditional colors of some symbols like the rainbow and heart ones (since I would have done that since I needed to pick a solid background without having the option to do rainbow background)
-And lastly, and this is most likely not in the direction your company wants to go but there is definitely a market for it environmentally and aesthetically: make renewable resource bands that can be recycled later on. Such as wrist bands (or bracelets depending on terminology) made of metal weave for flexibility and for ability to be recycled in time, or biodegradable but strong thread that break downs WITHOUT micro plastics and synthetic chemicals, or even (and I feel this is the direction our world needs to go in when it comes to plastic) biodegradable but strong "plastic" that breaks down in less than thousands of years and is made of natural materials like rubber and others that don't leach chemicals into our food, bodies, and environment as micro plastics. I almost went with another company but they and other sites pricing was $50 or more per bracelet and that was out of my budget.

As said satisfied with product chosen though from options gives. Good quality and came out as picture online after designing.

Bracelets are very nice and thin as advertised. Kids love them. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is, some of them with the embossed lettering are hard to read. It shows up better online. I know now how to order. Thank you.

We received our order as promised !! The writing and bracelet were good , the color not so much, it looked like Kelly green to me and it turned out to be chartreuse green. Just need to make the colors more true. I was very happy with the printing and the quality.

You made the whole experience with the wrist bands easy. I got them yesterday and they look amazing

Prompt processing. Perfect execution of my message text. Changed recent order to adult sizing instead of xtra larges. Much better fit. Band stayed in place and didn’t rotate. Initial order I went with xtra larges because I didn’t want a very tight band. It was ok but too loose. Adult size fits perfectly. No swiveling nor is too tight.

While the custom bracelets are cool I did not get the layout I ordered. The bracelets came in with font size way smaller than the preview and two lines instead of one continuing line.
Still cool, but not exactly what I ordered.

The design function was beyond easy to to use. The product shipped on time and the wristband quality was excellent...not a bad one in the bunch.
The prices are lower that what i paid a local company a few years ago.
No surprises or excuses...very pleased and will definitely use again.
