Very disappointing. I ordered a frame with photos and although the pictures looked good I just looks cheap.I spend an extra couple of pound on the frame to make sure it looked good and it looks cheap. I spend £19 on it not including delivery and for what it is it looks £7/8

Ordered a tea light holder 2 and a half weeks ago, and still not received my order. When ordered it said I would receive it within 7 days. I never received an order confirmation from the website, only from PayPal, and nothing to say my parcel would be delayed.

After reading these reviews, I can see I’m not the only one having issues here.

Update - I finally received the parcel, it’s great quality and exactly what I wanted. If you’re fine with waiting a while for your product, then I would order from here again.

I have ordered the photo blocks for friends and family. The recipients have loved them and say its the best gift they have ever received. Write from the heart never fail to deliver. Will be using them more in the future.

Ordered my Tealight holder - Paw Prints on 11/10 /20 week later still not delivered ... phoned Monday morning to be told it will be posted tomorrow 1st class ... week later still not delivered : ( phoned once again to be told because of problems from delivery it will be posted next week .... come on like not professional sorry and had no reply from email i sent 1 star out of 10 if it don't get delivered next week it turns to a big fat 0 : ( 3 WEEKS FROM ORDERED .... "okay update" 06/10/20 after leaving this review i was contacted by write from the heart funny thing lol ... anyway nice lady explained the reasons why and apologised was sooo sorry she told me she would send it out monday 1st class even though i never ticked that in order ... it did nt go till end of week friday my friend got it monday morning , it took alot longer then i would have liked almost a month but it was worth it has she phoned me crying with happiness how much she loved it : )

I ordered a photo cushion for my bed. My husband has gone into a care home. The cushion "Always kiss me goodnight," is beautiful and will give me great comfort. Good service. Quick delivery. Thank you.

Not clear at all!!! If you only pic one photo you will only have it printed on 1 side.
Doesn't make clear if you do not pick another 2 pictures, 2 sides of your tea light will be blank

Rude customer service. Won't accept that it is not made clear

I ordered two pet memorial candle holders for members of my family. I ended up putting the wrong thing on the candles and was in a state of panic I emailed and was praying and hoping that they'd had saw the email and were able to fix it in time. I just got the order through and both candle holders were fixed, all that was wrong was the date and I'm so happy for the finished products they both look so beautiful. I have one more thing that I've ordered to come through and that's for my beautiful daughters passing. I will be ordering many more things from write from the heart as the personal touch to all the gifts just gives people that chance to create something for themselves that they will keep forever I've ordered before and I will never stop using them thank you so much for the top quality service all your products are amazing and we are all very blessed to have such a phenomenal service around.

I ordered a personalised cushion for my granddaughter and it was delivered within three days. I was absolutely thrilled with it and can’t wait to give it to her for her birthday next week.A week later I ordered another one for my daughter for Christmas and it is so beautiful and again fast delivery.The only problem I have now is saving it until Christmas.I am longing to give the cushion to her and see her face when she sees the photo of her only grandaughter on the cushion

I ordered a photo clock for my mums 80th birthday. I ordered it on Sunday evening and it arrived on the Wednesday. Fantastic service, fast delivery and such a wonderful keepsake. My mum was over the moon with the clock. Great quality item and I am thrilled with this purchase. I can 100% recommend this company. So happy.

This company is incredible - their attention to detail, putting the customer first and their follow up is best in class. I ordered a collage print in A3 size complete with frame. The frame quality, packaging and delivery time were all spot on but I'm very disappointed by the print quality. It's certainly not photo standard and not what I was expecting for £50! It looks very pixelated...and it definitely wasn't due to the digital images supplied. Don't recommend.

Ordered a 21st frame for my son there was an issue my end with uploading photos Layla was immediately on the phone to sort out the problem which she did and have just received in the post so delighted with it will most definitely use again and will be spreading the words thanks so much a absolute pleasure to deal with Lynne x

Thank you for my beautiful collage! Bought as a gift for my mother and she will absolutely love it, as I do. Was despatched quickly and arrived within 3 days of ordering, which was surprising given recent circumstances.

Beautiful product. I ordered a personalised A4 frame with photos of my best friend and I within a 30 - it was a big birthday!

However, once purchased I did not receive a confirmation email. The product did then not arrive on the expected date, which catered for possible delays due to covid as per their website's delivery guidance.

I called writefromtheheart and was assured that it had been dispatched and would arrive no later than the following week. I was also told not to worry re no email confirmation. Sadly, it did not arrive (and I was still uneasy re email as I hadn't used this website before and it made me worry about scams.)

I called again and was told that the product must be lost and so they quickly rectified the situation and sent a new product out with next day delivery. I asked for an email confirming this, which they quickly completed.

The product then arrived two days later but damaged. The frame had completely snapped (even though a sufficient amount of bubble wrap and fragile tape was evident) and the protecting glass and photos were not in the frame.

I then contacted them by email, sending photos of the product and it was very quickly agreed that I would be reimbursed for the frame.

Overall, writefromtheheart dealt with my queries quickly but they do lack empathy and understanding. They also do not take the time to build a customer relationship or reassure you as a customer. Communication is impersonal and so quick that you're left not trusting the details given. At no point, was I apologised to re the no email confirmation, non-arrival of product or damage.

As mentioned above, the product was lovely (now that I have purchased a new frame) but I ordered it on the 30th May, with my friends birthday bring on the 17th June, and it arrived on the 19th June.

Sadly, I cannot recommend writefromtheheart and I will not use them again.
