Took 13 days to even despatch my item after I contacted them, so in total 3 weeks until I recieved my item

I ordered cushions in remembrance of my nana for a gift for my grandad and mum! The cushions were beautiful, gorgeous quality and the pictures were clear that I had inserted as well as my own personalised quote on it! The delivery was fast and they came in fragile stickers as well as tightly wrapped to ensure no damage on delivery! All in all a wonderful product!! 10/10

Super efficient (ordered at 2pm and it arrived the next morning), great quality and nicely packaged!

I ordered a frame for my boyfriends 21st and paid first class postage. It was late to be delivered and they wouldn’t provide me with tracking that they had.
The frame when received was just a photo printed and put in a frame which then was all creased and damaged.
When replying to a previous email trail with them stating the damage and late delivery I asked for a partial refund or how to return.
I have now emailed on 3 different occasions and have had no response.

I ordered a photo cushion for my kids to give to their grandad for fathers day, and not only was it printed and dispatched in super speedy time, but it was really good quality and the photos came out really well. I know he will absolutely love it. First time i have used this company, and i will definitely be shopping with them again.

Lovely product came just as I ordered it, even with my own name that I had spelt wrong myself. But as the writing was small were I had my name not too much of a big deal... they made it just the way I personalised it. Lovely quality and detail!

I ordered something for my mum for Mother’s Day which is today. I ordered it on 5th March and it was dispatched on 7th it said it will arrive 3-7 working days after dispatch and it’s been 10 working days and I still haven’t received it. I’ve tried messaging them and emailing them and had no response.
