Impressive company, products, and customer service.

I requested additional information about a battery/charger combo, and the response was expedient, professional, and direct. From that, I was able to purchase the right unit for the tool. The product was well packaged, and arrived quickly. It worked perfectly. The shipping company WSE uses also kept me informed about the status of the shipment from start to finish. I was impressed by this company, its products, and customer service.
