Slow, unresponsive, and not worth the cost
When I tried to contact them about getting my will, it always took days. After I paid, it took more than two weeks to actually receive it. Once they sent the documents, they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls, so all my questions and requests were just ignored.
In the end, all I got was a hard copy of exactly what an online will-writing service had already provided me in 30 minutes—at a sixth of the price. Really disappointing.

Shocking Service
Shocking service absolutely non existent customer support, all they done successfully was take £2,400k from our account other than that, our will is still not formulated correctly pending since May 2025.

Avoid at all costs - Incompetent
Avoid at all costs, Took my 82yr old fathers money which gradually increased and increased depending on various service, sent through the documents to sign and they were all wrong was then informed he had to pay to correct them. I of course argued this and they said they would rectify the documents and resend them. Once again documents arrived incorrect and missing vital information that had been agreed. Have since called intermittently for over 1 month to get this sorted and more recently have formally left a total of 7 messages with various people but still nothing at all.
Negligent and Incompetent AVOID.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service. Paid for a them to write my will. Never recieved the document, called after realising nothing had been recieved only to be told I have to pay again if I want the will.
Shirking any responsibility blaming Royal Mail (they send by 1st class not recorded delivery apparently).
Would not recommend.

We find Royal Mail 1st Class to be the most convenient way for our clients to receive their Wills, as it means they do not need to be at home to sign for them. Unfortunately, however, it does mean that occasionally documents do go missing. We do not require you to pay in full for another Will, but as it has been 12 months since your appointment, as reissue fee would be payable. Please do contact the office should you wish to proceed to ensure your wishes are legally recorded and loved ones protected.

wslhad 1st appointment cancelled. which can happen. 2nd app waited 1 hr after app time. when phoned to ask why . them told me no one was coming?? and told me same reason as cancelled app last week.not the way to treat customers.will go somewhere else had to cancel dentist app wsl have just contacted me and explained to my satisfaction .hope to rectify problem

Took my mums money and haven't done what they said they would.
Awful people. My mum passed away nearly 2 years ago and still haven't had her estate sorted. They have never kept us up to date on what was happening. It took over a year for the probate to.be.sorted as it took them 6 months just to apply for it. It has taken 18 months for them to.put the house on the market. Never informed us when someone made an offer. This was back in December. It's now almost end of May and still haven't had word from them. We feel like they took ly mum's money and made promises they had no intention of.keeping as she wouldn't be around to defend herself. Bet they'll be quick enough to help themselves to.our money once it's done. I only found at Christmas time that they paid inheritance tax out mum's money that we weren't aware of. 12th June it will be 2 years since mum passed away, and we've barely heard from them. We have had to chase them up, and the only time they did something was when I asked about their complaints procedure.
Stay away from this company. They take you or your loved ones money on the pretense that it's easier for your family. But honestly, it would be quicker and cheaper to do.it ourselves. They are rude, lazy and incompetent. Don't give them your money, they don't and won't do anything they are supposed to.

Whilst we understand that the frequency of our communications has not met your expectations, please be assured we have endeavoured to respond to every request promptly and reasonably. As the Executors of your mother’s Will, we are working alongside our partner solicitors to complete the probate process, and have previously suggested that it may be more convenient for you to contact them directly for updates as they are handling the day to day administration of the estate.
With regards to your concerns over the time it has taken for your mother's estate to pass through probate, regrettably, these time frames are typical and are simply outside of our control. With regards to the sale of the property, I can confirm that details of the offer were emailed to your niece and accepted in November and the sale itself completed in April. The inheritance tax payment was made by our partner solicitors at the proper time and in accordance with due process.
Our partner solicitors are now handling the final aspects of your mother’s probate and will be able to offer further details on it’s progress should you wish to contact them directly. Please do be assured that work is being done and that we will do everything we can moving forward to ensure it is all finalised as quickly as possible.
