Wills and power of attorney.
Our experience was good knowing that we could speak to someone face to face and at home.
The advisor explained everything to us and he was very helpful, we were impressed with his professionalism.

Wouldn't even give this company 1 star , My brother died 13 months ago , WSL wrote out his will making themselves his executors , all we have had from this company is the runaround , been told packs of lies , probate has still not been applied for, there is a mortgage on the property which is accruing interest . I spoke to somebody this morning was told it is in the hands of their solicitors , rang solicitor was told they are waiting for WSL to sign and send the paper work back to them , rang WSL managers in a meeting so cannot talk . This company might be good at writing a will which is very expensive , but a strong warning do not let them look after the estate when you have lost a loved one .

I was not very knowledgeable about all the bits surrounding the making of a will and executor roles, and Greg was lovely talking me through inheritance tax, probate, and advising about different options, and the services WSL offer. I would highly recommend WSL, there prices are competitive and all the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful

He explained in great detail all the aspects, in the sad event one or both pass away (at the same time). We opted for the extra service, that helps the survivor or the executors carryout the admin required after a death. It was expensive, but it's worth it. The last thing you want is, during sad times, stressing about probate etc. Thank you WSL and Greg.

Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid This Will Drafting Service!
Update: Quick Service Recovery, but Communication Needs Improvement
After posting my initial negative review, a gentleman from the company reached out immediately, revised my will, and even provided a £35 M&S voucher as an apology. I received the second draft the next day—though there was still a small error, the issue was handled quickly.
I’m updating my rating to 4 stars. While the recovery was swift, WSL should improve its internal communication so customers don’t have to leave negative reviews just to get a response.

I had a terrible experience with this will drafting service – it was a complete scam! The solicitor recorded the wrong information, and the will was drafted incorrectly. I called to request a rewrite and even sent a signed letter via email in PDF format on 21st Jan 2025, clearly outlining the necessary amendments.
After waiting a month with no response, I called again. The staff assured me they would follow up and send the revised will within a week—nothing arrived. I followed up again last week, received the same empty promise, and still, nothing was delivered.
This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs!
